It was amazing, especially since we were 3,000 miles away. When I dropped my dog off, I asked if I could look around the facilities, as I had never been there before. I was let into the boarding area and able to walk around. It was VERY clean, and the suites were spacious. They stress that they are an open facility and you are welcome to stop by unannounced during business hours. I also have to say that, the manager Ashley and the owners are exceptional people. A day or two after we picked up our dog, we noticed she had a deep cut inside of her cheek. I assume that this happened during daycare by accident during playtime. Since it was deep inside her mouth it likely went unnoticed. We contacted the manager and she was very concerned and willing to help. She and the owners worked with us regarding this situation and I am extremely pleased with how they handled it. I don't think most daycares would have been as accommodating and helpful. The owners really care about their customers and their dogs and their customer service was unparalleled. We will definitely be bringing our dog back for daycare and boarding. I could tell from the webcam that our dog had an absolute blast.

The icing on the cake was when our dogs came home, the one who was w other dogs got EXTREMELY sick and the other who was in private play caught the bug 24 hours later from the first. We know anxiety poops after change of scenery/boarding/etc. this was NOT that and our vet needed to prescribe antibiotics because it continued to last into a week and wasn't getting any better. By about 6 weeks my pup tends to get knotted up bad with matting, but I heard great things about the groomer at this location so I took the appointment. I paid an extra $10 to get the matting out since I couldnt get in sooner. Second visit: I received a text the morning of his appointment reminding me to send his vaccinations. I called the office and politely asked what I was missing from the original list I gave them. I was told the entire record was missing and I needed to send another copy before my pup could be seen. The girl on the phone got snippy with me because I was concerned how the records were lost. There was no apology for the inconvenience or the impoliteness. I showed up at the appointment with records on hand. Before I handed my pup over, she asked if I had any notes to the groomer. I said yes, please give him the same hair cut but, specifically do not cut his ears or tail. I came back to pick up my pup later that afternoon. Of course they had me pay for the services including a tip first. He comes out almost shaved, ears and tail cut down to a stub. Chunks of fur missing off his feet while other parts of his feet had longer fur. It looked almost incomplete or chopped up. I understand he is a puppy and they probably squirm and jump while being trimmed. But at least trim all the stray hair to make it look clean cut. I was more upset over the ears and tail as I specifically mentioned not to cut them. Im not blaming the groomer here but the messenger. I immediately asked to speak to a manger. I was told they were not available and was given their card. Of course, there was no direct phone number but only an email. So, I emailed the manager that evening and still have not heard a word from anyone in a week. Very disappointed and will not refer anyone to this business due to their lack of communication and poor customer services.

I unfortunately can't bathe my dog because of multiple herniated discs. Susan worked overtime and groomed her only a couple of days after contacting her.
