I haven't tried all the places in this area, but I'd put my puppies up here any time! Thank you!!!!!!!

She was matted in feces and urine and her brand new leash was covered in feces (they probably left it on her in the cage ). When I brought her home she was so thirsty she was drinking her bath water while I gave her a bath . The owner acted like it was no big deal and the woman claimed that the reason she was in this state was because she "ran through a puddle of water " (my dog hates water ). I would give this place zero stars if I could .

They told me it would only take 20 mins max to trim him up... I called repeatedly and they kept pushing my time back. They finally told me to pick him up at 10pm and when I arrived at 10.. They still HAD NOT started on him. I waited until almost 11pm before they finally released him. Just absolutely ridiculous. I can see being 1 or 2 hours behind.. But close to 5 hours?? Just total BS

I picked my Sophie up today and she was all dog smiles & excited! She even tried to pull me back into the Prim & Trim building. :-) I know she enjoyed her stay. Will definitely bring her back for future boarding. Please note: The owner discussed "pet drop-off and pick up times" both times I called for inquiry, so I completely understood their pet policy. She also gave a tour of the facility beforehand and I was impressed.

Laura is extremely attentive and professional, taking note of all of your dog's personality quirks, preferences and routine. She is very flexible in her schedule, even with weekend/evening drop offs and pick ups.
