I explained to them how much he was suffering and I was told the staff would speak to the vet and return my call ASAP. They didn't bother to return my call until nearly 48 hours later on Thursday evening, suggesting that I call the next morning to 'get on the schedule'. I thank God I was able to find another business, The Next Ridge, whose vet came to my home and ended my poor boy's suffering. And in the hours leading up to the visit, the vet provided information I needed to ease his pain as much as I could. I don't think Pinacle understands that our pets are valued members of our families. It broke my heart to watch my dog suffer. To lay beside him on the floor all night as he moaned and cried in pain was something I will never be able to forget. Nor will I ever forget the fact that Pinacle took nearly 2 days to return my call. Shame on you. you don't deserve any star
