I called Susie, the owner of the business and told her I needed to reschedule. She gave me a new appointment for March 31, at 1:00. She said she was very busy and had to hang up because she had several dogs half shampooed and had to go. Evidently when she hung up the phone she neglected to write down my new appointment and to cross off the old one. On the day of my first scheduled appointment (the one I cancelled) she called and yelled at my husband telling him I missed my appointment and would not reschedule for someone who doesn't show up for their appointment. He told her I rescheduled that appointment for March 31st and she said that wasn't true. I called her back a few minutes later explaining that I had rescheduled my appointment. She said she remembered talking to me and that when I called it was to confirm my appointment. WHO CONFIRMS AN APPOINTMENT WEEKS IN ADVANCE!!! She refused to even think it was possible that she might be wrong but, she very begrudgingly rescheduled me for an new appointment which I will be cancelling. I would not let this nasty women anywhere near my dog!!!!

What he probably doesn't know is that these great folks had a death in the family, after that family member battled cancer. That being said, let me assure anyone reading these reviews that the staff of TLC ADORE animals and that this business has been around for a very long time. Dog hair? Well, they're DOG GROOMERS. Last time I checked, dogs indeed....have hair. If you want "perfection" for your dogs, perhaps spa Roma can fit them in. Just saying.
