Our dog is always so happy to get inside and loves all the staff there. Prices are fair and I love that she gets a weekly bath with her daycare package. The vet services are also great. When our dog was a puppy she became sick and when dealing with puppies it is essential they get immediate care otherwise it could be a deadly situation. While our (old) regular vet could fit the dog in several days later, the doctors here had us come in immediately! We have had other emergencies there after and were treated in the same manner. Very reassuring to know we can rely on them for any situation. Recently we had to put our cat down due to a combination of old age and sickness. The staff was extremely helpful and comforting during this time. They gave us a clay ornament with the cats pawprint as a parting gift. It was so thoughtful and really set them apart from other vets. They are always so kind and even send letters for holidays. Definitely satisfied with the experiences we have had here and will continue doing business and recommending to friends and family!

Now that she is a senior dog and has been dealing with more mobility issues as the years progress, I've depended on the special care that Gracelane gives her. They're responsive to any questions or concerns I have when she is there, and if they ever have questions about medications, etc, they reach out immediately. I know from her behavior when she gets home that she is treated very well when in their care. Art of k9 I can not…read moresay enough good things about Angelo and Art of K9. When we found him we were in a desperate situation. Our dog was totally out of control and having recently but our baby, we didn't know what to do. Angelo took our dog within a week and a half of contacting him and helped guide us along the way until we were able to drop him off. We committed our dog to the 8 week program, unsure of what to expect but hoping for the best. We knew this was a last resort. It's now been about 6 months since we have picked our dog up from the program and I can confidently say that it was the best decision we could have made for our family. Not only is he more controlled, he is actually a joy to be around and have around our child. He listens to commands and we find ourselves very rarely needing to correct bad behavior as it doesn't really happen. We went from having a dog who would never come when called, bark uncontrollably, destroy toys and furniture, to a dog who immediately goes to place on a cot when someone knocks on the door (without being prompted) and lets out a few alert barks and stops once i say enough. We no longer have to worry about aggression with our child. He is great about listening when we get him away from her and often will walk away from her on his own when before he would growl. Additionally Angelo has checked in to see how our dog is doing, if any issues have come up, and whenever he needs a training refresh we have been able to bring him back. My normal groomer is Le Beastro in Rye and they always do a beautiful job and he has been much more knotted than this time, Difference is that they take the time to brush him. Never have I had such a bad experience and not to be given credit for the $90 I spent is ridiculous , horrible customer service, so now I spent over $200 for this grooming and have a poor bleeding dog, they should be ashamed of themselves!
