I do not recommend the dog ranch. Staff clearly doesn't care. My dogs were dropped off for 5 days. They were picked up covered in hotspots, scabs, sores, swollen legs and both lost significant weight. The took my Great Danes bed out of his cage, and gave him a plastic cot, most likely for a dog the size of a lab. The day he came home he couldn't even walk. I had to carry my 150 lbs dog to his bed and he didn't move once for 24 hours. Took him to the vet and he had to be put on pain killers and antibiotics. When I called to see what happened, the staff acted like it was totally normal for a dog to get "hot spots" and that my dog just didn't lay down often. The woman I spoke with said the employee who gave them baths the day before I picked them up didn't notice anything. Look at the photo's this is a 150lbs Great Dane, those welts are the size of apples, pretty hard to miss. I feel so bad for my dogs, and will not be sending them back. Which is unfortunate because they used to be really great. But for nearly $400, plus a not cheap vet visit, they should have been treated better.

Been using The Dog Ranch for 12 yrs about 100 visits with my Doberman and Boxer. I highly recommend them. I dont even leave my dogs with family because of the preasure it would put on the relationship. These people are professionals and take care of your pets until you return. Some other kennels have different packages for different activities different price plans I personally don't like to humanize it I just want my dog cared for. Dog Ranch offers activities that are included in your nightly stay and they do charge for the pond if needed.

Home pet care and check-in will be a great service to have for me currently with a dog that is sick and I can't take him to daycare anywhere while I am at work due to his sickness. Suzanne came by for a meet and greet at my house to see how everything would go and what things she would need to know. The amount of services that are offered both in the home and at Suzy's are great to have especially in the area around Berville and Armada where there isn't a great selection for this kind of thing. They will help provide services for anything from dogs, to goats, all the way up to horses for home care. If you are needing pet sitting services at home or at their facility, definitely check this place out. I would definitely recommend it! Doggy day care, boarding, home visits, they pretty much do anything you'll need.

I checked in on him texted her while I was on vacation and she told me he was so good and being such a good boy. I do not recommend taking your pets there. I did not have a good experience there at all. When I came back to pick up my puppy he seemed fine. When I took him home he was limping in his hind legs and couldn't walk or run correctly. He also ate 8 CUPS of food total for that day like he hasn't eaten his whole life. He was a bit skinnier than when I dropped him and his ribs were showing a bit. I called Suzy and asked her if anything had happened she said no. I took him to the vet the next day and since I had to take him on a booked day they charged me an emergency fee and walked paying $150 for an X-ray and sedation and painkillers for my puppy. I called Suzy to tell her that I wanted my money back from boarding him and I acquired medical bills. She told me that she will send me a check on that Monday. I waited an entire week and then texted her about the check and she didn't answer me. She then blocked my number and never sent me a check. Do not take your pets to her for ANYTHING. I had a bad experience and will never go back and no animal should have to go through that pain while their owner is away.

Strongly recommend!…read more To say staff at Tri Canine Campus are wonderful, loving, passionate and patient isn't what sets them apart. Most people who work with animals are that way. They don't follow a step-by-step guide written by corporate on how to train a dog. They understand each individual dog AND owner need to learn in a way that works for them, on their path, and at their speed. A technique that works for one dog doesn't mean it's going to work on all dogs - even if they are in the same household. Same applies to the owners. TCC has an arsenal of techniques to quickly apply to make training for both dog and owner click. Since they don't follow a step-by-step guide, you only pass and move on when you successfully pass the goals of the course, not because the guide says in 6 weeks you pass regardless of goal success score. The staff know each other's strengths and weaknesses and work in a very collaborative environment. They are all familiar with my dog and me. Not only does this help them continuously grow to stay the best of the best, I am not hesitant to ask any of them for help and they are not hesitant to help me. But wait, there's more! They also offer reactivity classes. We are exposed to different behaviors, sounds, equipment, and actions that happen in the real world so when we are outside the comfort of our home and the Campus, it's not startling. Such as the child running by dragging a toy, it's not for us to chase. Or the people using a walker or crutches are not aliens to protect the family from. Or the music thumping from the car passing by is nothing to be scared of. I'm not done yet!! Pack walks. Brilliant!! It's like the reactivity class but actually in the real world. Locations are mixed up between parks and businesses so you get a variety of the unexpected distractions and interruptions. I honestly don't know how to praise Tri Canine Campus enough.

After working with two other dog training companies and…read morespending over 12 weeks (& hundreds of dollars) trying to help my Frenchton, Yoda's reactivity toward other dogs, I was at my wit's end. Within five minutes of our very first lesson, Yoda pretty much stopped barking at other dogs -- something I never thought would happen. Tri Canine's behavior modification program truly works, and they take the time to understand the "why" behind each behavior. The trainers (Mike, Jule & Ashley) are so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about helping both the dogs and their owners succeed. Now Yoda can even play with other dogs under supervision, which still amazes me (pictures for proof). If you're looking for reactive dog training, behavior modification, or obedience training, Tri Canine Campus is hands down the best place to go. I drive 35-40 mins each way just to take him there because it is 1000% worth every minute in the car! They've completely transformed our lives!
