I hired Atlas Pet Sitting thinking I left my dogs in good hands. I scheduled 13 visits and she left…read moremy poor dogs for 24 hours once and 20 hours on different day.... (didn't show up for 4 visits) (she was supposed to come at 9/3/9) Visits are supposed to be for 20-30 minutes.... she came for 4 minutes one day and 7 the next. When I noticed she was not there when I looked on my camera she became offended and tried to back pedal... She was basically BUSTED! I came home to a busted pipe - water everywhere and my dogs were nervous wrecks! One of my dogs has cancer and she did not get her medicine or eat for two days! My house smells of urine/pooh and now I have to replace my carpet due to the smell! I just bought this carpet last year! I am so overwhelmed and I honestly thought I was going to have a heart attack from the stress. I hired her thinking she was a professional. I didn't want anyone in my house which she knew and totally disrespected me and brought in someone who disturbed my dog - (I saw this on camera) I am writing this review because it could have been a fatality. Mandy Steen gives pet sitters a bad name. When I confronted her, (I caught her in numerous lies) she denied everything. Compulsive liar. Now, I am left with stinky carpet, water damage and holes in my wall from the plumber trying to find the broken pipes. Loss of work, dealing with insurance companies and contractors... not fun... I am writing this praying I can spare someone else the damage which was done to my home and my dogs! BEWARE Mari-Jo Ashwell

I got my dog trained here a long time ago cause I wanted him to get comfortable with being inside…read moreof the cage I spent over $2500 letting him go for multiple times and I have seen zero results and every time he even hears a cage rattle he starts running away, so I have no idea what happened while I was gone, but he is deathly terrified of any cage now. They encouraged me to just use a shock/vibrating collar if he was barking too much while in the cage.

Do Not Trust This Facility -- They Lied, My Dog Got Sick, and They Showed No Accountability…read more I sent my dog here for confidence-building--and instead, she came home traumatized and physically ill. She contracted kennel cough during her first week, which was confirmed by my vet. When I notified the facility, they refused to inform other customers, and chose to keep operating as if nothing had happened. I have four dogs at home--now they're all sick, and I'm stuck with over $1,000 in vet bills. On top of that, the experience was deeply unprofessional: * They never provided any report card or update on my dog's first week. * At pickup, my dog was actively coughing, and staff were cold, dismissive, and rude--clearly trying to distance themselves from any accountability. * I had to get a lawyer involved just to cancel the remaining weeks and force a refund of the money I had paid. * Their business practices are shady--they use bait-and-switch tactics, pressuring you to sign fast, then changing terms. If you ask questions, they belittle you. This is not a safe or honest place. They may operate under a well-known franchise, but there is no integrity, no transparency, and no real care for your dog. Please don't make the same mistake--choose a local, reputable trainer who puts your dog first.
