I'm an older person who had an emergency situation with my 12 year old cat. I contacted the owner Angie and she returned my call promptly and immediately booked a ride to get my girl to the vet the next day. The the driver Don was very kind, amiable, and pleasant. He helped me to get my reluctant kitty into her carrier and was on time picking me up for the appointment. This service waits for you while your pet is being cared for and drives you home afterwards.
