Our Ellie loves her friends at the Dog Lodge! She always has such a great time and comes home so tired after playing all day. We love sending her here for daycare or boarding. You can tell the staff really care about the dogs, and the dogs are all so happy to be there. We appreciate getting pictures and videos of our dog s when she's there. We love you, Dog Lodge!

I am so happy that I found the dog lodge! Radar and Stella get so excited to come play here, and they are always nice and worn out when I pick them up. The staff is the best also!! They make it so convenient when I bring the dogs in! I will never take my dogs any where else!

While traveling, I needed a safe place to watch over my beagle pup. The Dog Lodge was convenient, safe, and friendly. I noticed there were quite a few large dogs but they were all friendly ans supervised. It was a great experience :)

There's no place Teddy would rather spend his 15th birthday than with his friends at The Dog Lodge!

Good people who really care about your Pup. They even know all the dogs' names and care for each one.

Ask the Community - The Dog Lodge

My dog is a diabetic and needs insulin shots with her food twice a day. When boarding pets, do they give insulin injections?

    Yes. We do Sub-cutaneous injections.

My dogs leave tired after a day or doggie daycare, and I am guilt free because I didn't leave them alone all day.

I just wrapped up a 6-week training program with Dogtown's head trainer, Makenzie and had such an…read moreamazing experience. I have a timid, sometimes reactive and aggressive dog, who needed a lot of help with training. After an hour consultation with Makenzie, we decided to do three day & train sessions where my dog would go to their facility for a half day of training one on one with Makenzie, three at home 1:1 sessions in my dog's natural environment, and three hour long group classes. The amount that I learned in these 6 weeks was absolutely mind blowing. Training your dog is about practice and consistency, and speaking your dog's language, and Dogtown gave me the confidence and the knowledge to be able to train my dog on my own. The day & train opportunities were a wonderful way to start. Makenzie would train my dog 1:1 and then would send me videos about everything they worked on during their sessions. When I came to pick her up, Makenzie would show me what they worked on and how I could practice it at home. The training sessions in my own home were incredibly helpful as well. It gave me time to practice with my dog(s) in their natural environment and refreshers on what we had already learned, and building upon the skills she was learning. The group sessions were amazing for my dog, and any dog, to have an opportunity to practice in a new, overstimulating environment with other dogs that she doesn't know. Since she is apprehensive around other dogs, this was amazing practice for her. On top of everything else, the team is so friendly and kind, and the trainers are so knowledgable. I had the chance to take a group class with their trainer Maren and she was wonderful as well. Thank you to the team for teaching both me and my dog the skills to be better trained.

I already loved DogMode and have been a loyal customer, and such a small gesture of recognizing my dogs and knowing them by name reassured me that my dogs are taken such good care of when I board them. A huge thank you to the staff for taking such good care of Kona and Kane whenever they're here! They can't wait to get out of the car every time we arrive, and always come back home happily exhausted from all of the activity.

I wish that the "permission to transport and treat" I signed was used more aggressively to help my dog. Did they communicate? yes. Did they communicate well? In my opinion, no. You can see pictures for communications and decide for yourself, but I wanted to share my experience incase this is not the place for your pup, especially if they have medication needs like mine did. When I picked her up, a caretaker had to physically lift her from the couch and carry her out. I wish I didn't just take a photo, but a video. Piper had stayed many times before but this was the first since she developed diabetes. I was told they could still care for her. Every time prior she would get "tummy issues" because she was a nervous dog and that cutesy language was enough to communicate in instances prior. This last time, not so much. I wish that this did not happen and i was not writing this review. I wish that I could have given my pet a better end if this was her ultimate end because of her diabetes. I hope that DogMode takes Piper's end and uses clear and direct language moving forward. On a customer care note I also will convey that when I went in to talk to the manager about my dogs death, I was told they could not meet and turned away. I had to return several hours later, in which time they took to call the emergency vet and illegally obtain my dogs records. I also felt a violation when I did get to speak with the manager when they insinuated my dog would have died anyway from her diabetes.
