She ended up talking with my provider over 4 months later. The lack of care, basic effective communication and consideration is shocking!!! I will be letting whatever attorney I talk to about all of this inconsistency, lack of honesty, lack of basic work ethics etc.... These jerks wasted YEARS of my life and I intend to be exceptionally vocal about it to anyone and everyone including the governing boards and my State Governor and whoever else I can think of.
