We went last night before heading downtown to see the lights. We the MOST CHARMING waitress, CYNTHIA! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive the entire time we were there. She made it a MOST PLEASURABLE experience, along with the OUTSTANDING AND DELICIOUS FOOD! My wife and friend's wife had the "Half & Half Flautas" and they LOVED THEM (even better than Chico's )! My friend had the Beef Tacos and said they were amazing and so full of flavor! And I had the "Patty Melt" and added Green Chile & Bacon, which I recommend, and it was easily one of the BEST BURGERS I have had in all of El Paso, and I have had many! The flavor was AMAZING, it was cooked to perfection, and the fries were a bit crispy and tasted fabulous! From our AWESOME waitress, in CYNTHIA, who received almost immediately after we sat down, and took care of us KINDLY all night long, to the FANTASTIC FOOD, which didn't disappoint, at all, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND your next outing to eat great food with great service be THE DISTRICT ON AIRWAY! Way to go, guys! You are doing it right! The only thing I would change (and I'm in my 50's...so maybe that has something to do with my dislike) is the music selection, especially during the holidays. Not a fan of the Hip Hop with profanity, especially while I'm eating. And, having everything decorated in the holiday spirit, maybe the music can be just as enjoyable. But, that's just my opinion, and an idea. Nevertheless, we will be back! Your food and service is too god to pass up! THANK YOU! See you, again, soon! And, HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Take care and GOD bless! read more

Not a bad burger and the fried stuff is pretty crispy. Be warned though this place is LOUD. Seems like quite a fun spot to hangout grab a beer and meet people (younger sports crowd?) read more

Today, while our car was being serviced at the nearby dealership, we took a hike and ate our lunch at The District Pub & Kitchen. My wife had the chicken and cheese quesadilla (abundant cheese and chicken) and I had the Cali burger (double burger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and cheese). My order came with French fries. Everything was very good. Service was excellent. They were very busy and their music was louder than most places that we have frequented. read more

Would skip this was stuck at the hotel and had no choice. A lot left to be desired. Good service.

Very friendly, i was recommended to try the taquitos and they had a vegetarian option! Papa! The service was great and taquitos were good too. Super close to the airport. Andrew, server, was super friendly and provided exceptional service. Ask for him read more

First visit: service was great and the ambiance as well. BUT need to work on nachos. We had the carnitas which was good but need more meat and need refried beans. Also prefer ground beef as a choice. Will try something else on menu next time. read more

Very loud bar, you can't hear your own thoughts. Service was ok, and the food was ...well...I ordered the buffalo chicken tacos and they were inedible. They put so much sauce in the meat and on the tacos I couldn't taste anything after my tongue got scorched by the sauce. The quesadillas were good, my partner enjoyed them. Fries were meh, and their fried pickles were kind of awful. The menu should say fried pickle spears with burnt breading. Probably won't go back, there are other options in the same area (I think I counted 7 bars ). read more

I visited this establishment and had Misty as my server. She tipped herself more than what the original tab was. I wouldn't let her be your server unless you want someone to write their own tips. Worst experience ever. read more

Context: My wife and I had dinner and drinks here starting around 4:30pm on a Thursday, we'll before rush hour, and possibly before all the staff had arrived. We were definitely hungry and wanted to give this place a try based on the food reviews. Narrative: This is more of a bar with good bar food than it is a pub and kitchen, but definitely a great spot for food tucked away near the airport. Overall a 6/10. It's a great place minus a few small complaints we walked away with, and our experience was handicapped significantly by the service quality and availability. Breakdown: Food was nothing extraordinary, yet still pretty solid, and came out quick 8/10 Atmosphere was really cool visually, just slightly loud music for our preference, and this really petty, but worth the feedback that the bar stools were slightly short for the bar 7/10 Prices were incredibly reasonable for the portions and quality received 10/10 Service left a lot to be desired, as we were one of three groups at the bar, and still had to fight for any sort of attention or service, even at just 5pm. Bartender said all of maybe 5 words to us the whole time. We could have definitely stuck around and ordered more and Therefor offered more business and tip, if the service would have supported it, so unfortunately for that category it's 2/10 Conclusion: If it's convenient for us to do so in the future, we'll probably try again and hope for better service, but until then, it's an experience with great food, drinks, setting, that just didn't have the hospitality or attention we'd expect out of a bar of this quality. read more

I walked in and waited to be served and the bartendress was too busy to come see while she was talking to another client. I ended up walking out for like a service. Do not recommend read more

This is a review of the Discada tacos only. They were outstanding. Keep in mind, this is pub food. And pub is putting it mildly. At 10:45am on a Saturday morning this place was pumping. I had tried a few Mexican restaurants but they were closed for Easter. Yelping "tacos" brought me here. I am glad that it did. The marinated beef and pork were great as were the grilled tortillas. The green salsa was nice and spicy. If it wasn't so dark and loud inside I would have stayed to eat but I got them togo. Bartender was nice too. read more

OMG! Hands down, the best drowning tacos in town! They are so delicious, full of flavor, and made well. Food prepared well by employees that care about quality is best! We love it here and are fans for life! Now all the need are hot dogs served on hamburger buns with chili beans and they can take over El Paso! read more

So we already had rolled tacos in mind for a cheat meal today early on but when the idea of Chico's or the district crossed my mind... some would think me heresy for speaking with disrespect to Chico's but honestly the district has refined the sloppy hood quick delicacy into a bar dish cuisine . I freakin love this place and unlike the Cabo joes or other eye candy bars they hit a home run with good service not just hello let me take your card and open the tab... no here Andrew took care of me today and the dude was definitely chill and social with everyone not just bank dude... thanks The District for hiring employees that are real and pay attention to everyone!!! read more

Depends on what you are looking for. If you're looking to hang out with a few friends and listen to loud music, then that's what you'll do here. Otherwise, it doesn't offer much. Chips and queso were good though! read more

The food wasn't impressive. The bass was SO LOUD that it literally vibrated my purse off of one of the stools. We went to grab a drink and snack and chat - not scream at each other. At least the service was quick. read more

Found this place to watch the football game and have drinks. While there we ordered the wings and taquitos. The wings were on special because the football game was on, so that was a plus. The crowd is a variety and fun and I enjoyed the music. Recommend. read more

Yay you did it! This new location is just as good as the old one, very hard to accomplish. I was hesitant to try it because I was scared it wouldn't be as good. It was! Great food and drink specials as always! read more

Horrible service by the bartender( gentleman) I had asked got 12 bones less which they don't do but traditional, but they bartender didn't let us know so we assumed that we were getting 12 boneless so when he came they were bone in, we told him we ordered 12 boneless which he let us know they don't do so we tried to keep them but he just took them from us after we told him we'd keep them, so now we're sitting here without drinks or food for over an hour! Horrible service!! read more

It's a great environment and the perfect place to get some great food and drinks for a even better price. You have to try the steak wrap with some ranch, and the chicken wrap with Buffalo sauce and ranch. The fries are perfect and plenty of tvs and things to play around with if you have company! read more

Do not come here. Bad service and it's WAY TOO LOUD. Like bro I can't even hear myself think. To top it off you're playing shitty music

Great little place with nice variety of tacos on Taco Tuesday. So good I ordered seconds.

Went here for the first time yesterday and it was awesome. The tacos are the best, I've had good tacos from other places but these guys go hard on their tacos. Big, meaty, tasty tacos with a drink or two? Yes! Lila was really friendly and she is a worthy server too. read more
