Despite sending photos of the damage where it was clear the damage occurred through lawn maintenance, requesting to speak over the phone and to view the damage together in person, Green pastures avoided responsibility and financial obligation from the start. In my opinion, whoever sold him the trash dirt that was spread on my yard is most responsible for the poor job I got, but I have no idea who his supplier is. My yard still looks worse now than before. He said I needed to install a sprinkler system, but I see no need to water clay and rocks. I need good soil!!! None of my neighbors have sprinkler systems. I wish my yard looked half as good as the ones they have. I waited almost a year before writing this review in hopes that all the recent rains would help. It has not. Every time I cut my yard, it's a reminder of the bad job I got from two (Edwin's Lawncare, LLC too) different landscapers. I guess I'll have to try for a third one...someday. Maybe the third time will be the charm.

They told us they'd have our pool installed in five to 7 weeks weather permitting. They came out, dug the hole and didn't come back for 3 months. There was no rain during this period last year. The father and son do not communicate with each other.Because they do not get along, the father will come out.And tell you everything you want to hear, and you can tell him everything you want.But that will not be communicated to the sun.That does the install. We asked for a salt water system.They installed chlorine and told us it wasn't in the contract. They also tried to pull a fast one with the removal of all the rock and dirt. The contract says three hundred dollars a load. Their own guys told us they would be out there with a dump truck to do this, and it would take about four loads. Instead, he sends out a guy with this smallest dump trailer possible, which would have taken twenty two loads. If they know you have money, they will scam, you in any possible way to get more out of you. Again, their work looks pretty when they're done. But if you don't watch everything they do, they will get you. Also, they did a horrible job on our liner. It has fallen off twice. And they put an ugly seam right where you can see it in the middle of our tanning ledge.

Misrepresentation during sales, "don't worry about rocks, we shouldn't hit a rock larger than your house." So I ended up with a patio with a rock (24x6) in the middle of the patio. The steps didn't last a year before they loosened. Response was go get you some gorilla glue and fix it yourself. I recommend seeking another contractor that delivers the quality product they promise. And get the rock clause modified in writing! Do not trust verbal promises.

I asked them to tell me when is the best time to do this work. They told me whenever I want. There was heavy rain the day they did the work. When they were done I saw a drain sticking up from the dirt, open with no cover. I asked them what is that. They told me I have to buy a cover for it. Fast forward two months later, there are weeds and grass coming through the mulch everywhere. The dirt near the drain is sinking. My neighbors told me I should have hired a landscaper who knew they needed to extend the drain to the curb.

I was amazed by the efficiency and care taken so that none of the fallen tree branches ever came close to hitting the house! In addition to removing the Elm, there were small Cedars that were removed, along with pruning limbs from other trees. They did a remarkable job!! The price was very reasonable too. Vladimir said before they did the work they would leave the yard just as they found it. That is exactly what was done!! They used a blower to remove all sawdust and raked away the small twigs, focusing on not disturbing the Kentucky Blue Grass lawn. I am very pleased!! This was a "5 Star, Plus" job well done!!

EXPERIENCE…read more I didn't want to have to leave this review, but after the owners promised to make it right and then never made good on their promise, I can't stress enough how horrible our experience was with Moore and Smith. They were by a mile the highest quote, and we don't mind paying top dollar for good service, but this was nothing short of disappointing. The company came highly recommended, however they repeatedly dropped the ball on our rental when we needed to have trees removed. They presented a waiver to our tenants stating it was "to cover the property under insurance should anything happen". This was in fact a waiver in case the lawn and or driveway got torn up. I, as the owner of the property was NEVER presented this document, or I would have certainly requested to move the service to another day when the ground was more firm. Lo and behold, the lawn is a demolition derby, the driveway is damaged, and the tenants were picking up trash and debris for days. Not what I would expect for an $8000 service. When I called to get to the root of the problem and express my frustration, I spoke with Megan, who is equally as classless as she is condescending... not sure what swamp they dug her out of, but I've never been spoken to by a more repugnant person. Any company that would have THAT as their customer service person clearly doesn't give a shit about customer service... The owners called me back to apologize for how she spoke to me, which showed class, and promised to return to our rental, smooth out the tracks from the damage, and to reseed the lawn. He also promised to come to our property for free for a service should we need help. They never made good on either promise, and calls to the owner have been unreturned and texts left on read.
