I called and reached a live person, Olivia, rather than a voicemail message asking me to send an email. She listened to my description of the issue, asked great questions, and worked to fit us into their already packed schedule the same day. Tony G, the technician, has decades of experience. He diagnosed and repaired the leak (very hard work) and left the site clean, with no sign that any work had been done. The price of the work was fair, given the PREMIUM service. They ruptured a…read moregas line using a regular shovel, they ripped up the internet cable causing the whole neighbor to be with out internet for 2 weeks. They were told not to install any heads in the right of way. They did and then they removed it. The overall sales person (RICK HARRISON) who I directly designed my system with, did not communicate to the installation team the type of sprinklers I wanted and where to install the back flow valve. They also had to install a pressure pump, due to low pressure for $1400.00. I specifically told Rick where it needed to be in relation to the electric outlet . I had the outlet installed exactly where Rick said it had to be. I then spent $200.00 to have an electrical outlet installed. When I checked their work after they left. I found an orange extension cord lying on the ground, in a pool of water ,connected to my $200.00 outlet, they installed the pump to far away from the outlet. I again had to pay another $200.00 to move the outlet so the pump can connect directly to the outlet. Then the pump cracked and stop working, the back check valve cracked and had to be replaced. this is after I had them winterize my system. It has been nightmare of a project. Everytime they came out, something was wrong. I finally had to ban them from my property. it is now several years later and the system is worse than ever. I have spent a lot of money in repairs. I basically will have rebuilt the system by the end of this year. Do not use this company. Beware of Rick because he is smooth but does not follow through.Get everything in writing, get a design of your sprinkler System before they install (they want a $150.00 to do so)

First the landscape river rock was delivered in 3 pallets and parked in my driveway for several days before they started the work. This created a huge mess with mud and debris. Not to mention having to navigate around them with our cars to get in and out of the driveway. They ran out of rock and waited days to bring in more. 12 days from start of the project they came to lay sod. My front yard is not large by any means... They would lay a small section of the yard, run out of sod and we would not see them for a couple of days before they would come back and lay another small section and leave. After 7 days of having a partially finished yard, they finally brought in enough sod to finish what should have taken 1 day to complete. Pics attached. On the 18th day 5/3/22, the owner (Abhi) text me that they were "finished" and was coming that evening to do a final inspection. I pointed out areas that needed to be corrected, to which he agreed would be fixed. He made me aware they had "misquoted" the job. He admitted that it was "his fault" as he was the one that initially quoted me the price. I paid him the remainder of the money we agreed upon. On 5/6/22, Abhi came to meet me at 8am and told me that the issues would be resolved by 5/10/22. Since they had not made good on any timeline they provided, I gave him until 5/12/22 to have a couple of days grace. They show on 5/12 to "fix" the problems and installed a completely different rock around the unfinished mailbox and a landscape stone that was a different color that the rest. He also told me they would fix the dead patches of sod. Pics attached. I reached out to Abhi again 5/12/22 about the issues and he told me he was aware and it would be fixed. He said that he would get a stone mason to fix the landscape borders and buy the correct river rock to finish the mailbox area. I come home Thursday 5/19/22 to find they are taking landscape rock from my existing landscape and transferring it to the unfinished mailbox area. They also used a hammer to break the landscape border instead of using a saw to fit it properly. Pics attached. They leave on 5/19 without being corrected. I reach out to Abhi again on 5/19/22, that is when I realized who I was dealing with. He became very condescending and made it a point to tell me he lost money on my job. On 5/20/22, I tried to call and text Abhi to see if they were coming to resolve the issues. He sent someone out that used glue to fix the stones around the mailbox and cut the landscape stone on my front porch which was loud and created a ton of concrete dust on my front porch. My dogs were frightened by this barking and yelping. I took a video and pics. Pics attached. I have hired a different company to fix the sod that needs repaired/replaced. I will hire a company to repair the mailbox landscape and correct the end stone and consulting with an attorney that specializes in Civil Litigation to find out our next steps. Steer clear of Destined Landscapes!!!

DO NOT HIRE LOS PUMAS We hired Los Pumas Concrete to redo…read moreour pool deck 1.5 years ago. They did not add an expansion joint between the coping stones and the pool deck for expanding and shrinking (who knew concrete did this, I didn't). We have talked to two pool companies and this is supposedly common practice. Last winter it wasn't cold enough for the concrete to expand and contract as much as it did this year. In January the concrete expanded & pulled back away from the coping stones causing them to rise like in the picture. They broke, separated from the tile & even caused such a shift in the skimmer that it cracked. The Los Pumas owner has refused to return our phone calls or come see the damage. They also poured and entire new driveway for us 3 years ago-we have been loyal customers, recommending them to a lot of people in our neighborhood. However, they are not going to show up if you have a problem, they do not stand behind their work and have not been willing to work with us to resolve the issue they caused. The true character of a person or company is revealed when a problem arises. Los Pumas is of low character and will not help if there is an issue. Stay away from them...there are other repairable companies out there!
