Kevin has sourced out rare watches for me, Kevin has worked with me for hours helping me pick out my wife's wedding rings, my wife's jewelery, my parents jewelery, for ever as well. Kevin has even flown in stones for me overnight at no cost to me. We have needed repairs, they have been done in minutes, hours or in days whatever i was comfortable with. Jen who is now their store manager has been a blessing for Kevin and Jackie, we love her, her patience, and her amazing customer service, i am positive my wife is their store once a week for just about anything and everthing, and has never once not been greeted by name and helped immediately. My mom has been shopping at the Diamond Gallery of Naperville since before it even WAS the Diamond Gallery of Naperville. In the 23 years of us living in Naperville, we have always been welcomed by their exceptionally friendly staff. Kevin and Jackie have always taken time to say hello and catch up with what our family has been up to. My fiancee and I got engaged in September of 2011. Before we did, Jane helped us look at the wide variety of diamond rings, and at no point was she ever pushy. She didn't try to up-sell us out of our price range. She actually listened to what we had to say about what we liked. We ended up winning our engagement ring in a contest they held; had we not won, we would have purchased a ring from them. When we returned to look for wedding bands, the story was the same. The Diamond Gallery of Naperville was the third jewelry store I went to looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I thought I had found the ring I wanted to buy at one of the previous places, but I figured to be safe to look at one more place. Man, was I fortunate I looked here. Everything about my experience was amazing, from the kindness of the sales associate, to their selection of diamonds and settings, everything was awesome! the sales associate (Jennifer was her name) was beyond helpful, unlike some of the other places I have been to, she was there to help me, and not line her pockets with a commission. she helped me find a beautiful setting and diamond that was within my price range that I gave her and I instantly fell in love with it. Our son purchased a diamond engagement ring last month (Sept., 2015) at the Diamond Gallery of Naperville. He asked me to go with him as he visited different jewelers in the area because he didn't want to be pressured into a purchase. Our last stop was The Diamond Gallery. He was able to find a diamond and a setting he was excited about and knew his girlfriend would love, and yet stayed within his budget. Everyone in the store was so helpful and friendly. They were respectful of his budget and worked very hard to find the perfect stone and setting that fit all of his requirements. There was no pressure to sell, only an interest in helping my son find the perfect engagement ring. He proposed this past weekend and she loves the ring! It is absolutely beautiful! I have been shopping at the Diamond Gallery (and formerly Zack's) for over 20 years. Although they have had a revolving list of employees, everyone has always been respectful of me and my budget. Never have they tried to convince me that I needed a more expensive item, and always had a variety of items to show me when I wasn't sure what to purchase. Even if I wanted to just go in and "look" they let me try on whatever I wanted. They have an excellent selection of estate items too. They have also been efficient with repairs and I have sold unused jewelry to them also. It's nice to walk into any store and be greeted by your first name, especially a jewelry store. My husband and I got married in 2009 and while shopping for our wedding bands, the Diamond Gallery was phenomenal. My engagement ring was white gold, but the wedding band my husband selected for me was platinum. The fine people at Diamond Gallery gave me a great deal on a new platinum band for my engagement ring and they were able to have it done quickly. I felt safe leaving my engagement ring in their hands. I was extremely satisfied with the work and two years later have not had a single problem. How can someone complain about having a place to sit lol? I enjoyed the chairs for viewing as I miss the art of being served as a customer. As someone who frequents jewelry stores who buy, they are honest in admitting they are a family owned and operated store and can't always buy what you want to get rid of. It was a pleasure to be able to have my two kids sit up front and color, while I sat and was waited on.
