My husband ordered a custom tennis bracelet for my birthday from The Diamond Ring Company, and overall it was a great experience. I wanted something dainty with bezel setting, and they were able to customize it exactly how I envisioned. Abdul was very helpful throughout the process and provided excellent customer service. The price point was also better than expected, especially for a custom piece. I'm taking off one star due to a mix-up at pickup. While the just-over-a-month wait was communicated upfront and totally fine, we were called in early and told the bracelet was ready. When we arrived, we realized there had been a mix-up and they almost gave us someone else's bracelet. It was caught before leaving, but it was a bit concerning. That said, the bracelet is beautiful and I love it. I'd still recommend them for their quality, customization, and service. Just be sure to double-check at pickup.
I had my wedding band repaired with a new lab diamond and my solitaire repaired. Very great assistance from Abdul. Outstanding customer service. Repair work was awesome.

We had a wonderful experience with Diamond Ring Company creating a custom ring for our wedding. We wanted something elegant, meaningful, and a little unique, and they brought it to life beautifully. The ring was custom-made in 10K white gold with 10 lab-created sapphire stones, and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. The pricing was also very competitive for a custom piece, which we really appreciated. A special shout-out to Jay and his team for their customer service. When we got home after picking up one of the rings, we noticed a small scratch that we hadn't caught while we were at the store. We reached out the next day, and they were very accommodating and understanding about the flaw and took responsibility for getting it addressed. They repaired/replaced the ring for us, and it was ready about two weeks later. We really appreciated how cooperative, friendly, and guest-focused the entire team was throughout the process. From the custom design experience to the way they handled the issue afterward, we felt very well taken care of.
