My car was not super dirty, but there were things in crevices that I could not get out on my own. Nothing remains! It's like I have a brand new car again. Truthfully, the most impressive part of the detail is how impeccable the floor mats are. After a brutal Illinois winter, they are pristine. It took just over three hours so plan accordingly. Also, if you are local, one of the guys will drive you home or bring you back. I think the price was $135, and it is really worth it. Great local business by and excellent local entrepreneur! The first terrible interaction was with the first worker rudely snatched the card with all of the car washes out of my husband's hand all while mumbling. Then the manager came over and again the same rude treatment. All they had to say was they are independently owned and they do not participate in this. That's it. No mockery, smirking, or attitude was needed. There are other car washes in Huntley go to any of them!

I met Tony who had an opening in two days. I dropped off the car at 8am, and it was done by 1:00pm. My car is 14 years old and it has never looked so good. They were able to rub out a number of scratches and assorted marks on the paint. Wheels, tires, paint and glass all look amazing. I would highly recommend this business and plan on using them again in the future.

I called the contact number but had to leave a message because no one picked up. As we finally gave up and started driving home, I got a call claiming someone was there the whole time and that one of the many doors was open. Apparently, it was our responsibility to wander around, trying every door like we were breaking into the place. The lone employee never stepped outside, never turned on the open sign, never made his presence known and yet it was all our fault. They even ended up sending me a text with a picture of the screen proving that the employee had clocked in at 8. Is it possible that he just wanted to enjoy a quiet morning on the clock, sign off, avoiding the customers and the pretending they didn't show? My car in the hands of these very unserious people? Absolutely not!
