My cat decided she was going to pee on the corner and we ended up just rolling up the carpet and putting it in the garage. Nearly a year later, I decided I would try to get it cleaned. I searched the online websites for carpet cleaning, and Gary promised the most thoroughly cleaned carpet ever. I promptly called him and asked if he would do something special, and he said to go ahead and drop my rug off at his house. I told him I was military and he offered me a great deal. The smell had really set, but he treated that specific spot (after thoroughly cleaning the entire rug) five times. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg, and I am extremely happy with the result. He was very flexible with working with me, and gave me an excellent deal. The level of his attention to detail is amazing. I have two dogs and two cats, and we have since left them alone in the house with the rug. None of them pay any attention to this spot, which was our true test to see if this cleaning had really worked. Even if he wasn't able to help the rug, his customer service and cleaning were amazing. I'd recommend his services to anybody. Ultimately if the smell/stain didn't come out, that would have been our fault for how long we let the rug sit after the initial infraction. I was not told this when I booked them. The gentlemen were friendly. They did not pre-treat any of the stains before steaming the carpet. However, I had done so the night before. One fellow kept telling the person cleaning the carpet to: "Hurry up. You can only do what you can do. We could have cleaned three rooms by now." From start to finish they were here for 23 minutes for the one bedroom (16x20) and a small landing (2x4). We had gotten all of the items off of the floor prior to them coming; however, there were four chairs and a tray table that had to be moved. One chair was not moved at all. The other items, while moved, we're not returned to their place. Overall, they seemed more concerned with doing a quick job than a good job.
