They were able to get me in a couple of weeks. I didn't have to wait long. There is a $25.00 fee for new patients (non refundable) which I understand incase of no shows. They sent me a questionnaire and health info information to fill out online so I didn't have to do it at the office. Very easy and quick. This place is pretty big, not only do they do dermatology, it's also a place they do Botox and other cosmetic procedures. It's so clean and the staff is attentive/ super friendly. My dermatologist was Emi Dougherty, CNP - Certified Nurse Practitioner. She was very patient and answered all my questions. They prescribed me Opzelura cream for my eczema. I left the last two Cincinnati Doctors because of poor screening with the first and poor billing practices with the second. I met with Dr. Brown for the first time in October of 2022. The nurse (her name escapes me) was professional and administered local anesthetic virtually painlessly. Dr. Brown seemed professional, and compassionate. She completed a full body check, froze some sites and took one biopsy. The administrative staff I have spoken with and met are pleasant and professional.
