I went in last saturday to order a set of biscuits for my sisters engagement. The owner was EXTREMELY rude from her first word (how can someone not even say hello to a customer in a nice way). I asked how much for 12 biscuits of the love hearts with white decorating. She said $5.50 each. I was shocked at the price and calculated how much it was going to be. I had just spent $70 on a gift and wanted to add something extra to make it up to $100. $66 for 12 cookies is ridiculous!
She explained very rudely that it takes a lot of time to decorate them and i understand, they were beautiful and they would take time. But her rudeness was not justified. Customers have budgets, Stores have prices they have to have due to their effort/time that goes into a product. So instead of saying POLITELY 'sorry but it takes me a long time to decorate each one, i can make something else in your budget range', she continued to be RUDE! I asked if she could make one on a bigger scale and she charged me $20 which was fair and in my budget range.
If you VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT SHOP AT DELICIOUS BISCUIT!! I have never, ever in my life dealt with such a rude lady. I am engaged, My sister is engaged and between the two of us we have another 7 friends engaged. We are spreading the word because rude customer service is NOT ON! We will not be buying our wedding cakes from there.
So i ask you all too, if you choose to buy from this store and lady, and she is rude to you as well. Please spread the word, and post a review. I think Australia is full of beautiful and friendly people and we should not have to put up with this rudeness. There is a way to express everything in a polite manner or a rude manner....This lady needs to decide if her business is important enough to her and choose the appropriate manner to express herself.
on another note, the biscuit tasted just like any other biscuit. read more
