When I inquired about contractor pricing vs. retail, the interaction became incredibly uncomfortable. After being told I couldn't get a discount on a first order, I asked a simple follow-up about the process for setting up an account. He responded in a dismissive, condescending tone, eventually snapping, 'I'll just give you the contractor price' as if he were doing me a favor. I don't appreciate being treated with such rudeness.
