I'm so pleased we picked Kimball & Sons as they were fair priced AND did everything they said, price did not change, very honest and hardworking, and skilled artisans. We changed the shape of the island, Ryan did an exceptional job integrating this change with our existing flooring. Ryan also replaced our primary bathroom sinks and countertop. We can't say enough, we highly recommend Kimball & Sons!

There we decided on a high quality durable engineered hardwood that would beautifully suit our home. Next she came to our home, took exact measurements, gave us a final quote, and promptly got us on the schedule. Within no time she had a professional team there removing our existing outdated hardwood floors and preparing for the installers to come. The following week Ray and Bernie began the installation. These guys are true professionals! They clearly communicated issues they encountered with our subfloor, how they would remedy them, and the timeline to expect each room to be finished. Overall the quality is unmatched, we're very happy with the finished results, and would highly recommend LG Kramer!

The install team worked efficiently, were kind and cleaned up after themselves. LG Kramer really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after a year, we are receiving great service. Recently we chose to update a bathroom vanity, which left a gap in the flooring. So thankful for Gianna's warm heart and the amazing crews they have helping their clients.

I have an education and professional background in design and work in a business with an interior design team. When we decided to renovate our first floor and embrace our urban contemporary/mid-century-inspired design aesthetic, our interior design team chose Billue (the owner of Metro), a student and lover of mid-century design, as the lead kitchen designer. We were thrilled to discover that Buille expertly understands mid-century design elements. During the first site visit, Biulle examined relationships between structural elements inside and outside the kitchen, which led to the demolition of two walls (that I did not even consider). They were relatively minor structural changes that created a cohesive overall design aesthetic. Ultimately, all of this ended with us having a kitchen we could not be happier with. With no project ever a perfect one, there was one minor snag. We had approved a design for the cabinets over the refrigerator that, after installation, didn't work for us. Billue, our design team, and I brainstormed alternative designs for over a week, and the final design hit the mark. It exemplifies how even the best drawings and renderings cannot always predict the final design experience. What surprised us the most was even with the extra charge for purchasing and installing the new cabinets, the project's cost remained well under budget! When does this ever happen?

After months of trying to get our pieces, we finally got fed up with the lack of communication and said something to them about the many messages in text and left with their receptionist. We were told on several occasions our pieces would be ready on a certain day, only to never hear from them, we then called them on said day for Gigi to tell us she didn't know we still wanted them, all because we said we wanted a call from a manager. Yet she asked us to confirm sizes for approval to move forward, which we gave, she gave us another expected date to be done. Again not done! We called and asked for Savia (the owner), we were told she was with a customer and would call when she was done, we called back an hour later and they said she left the office for the day.
