They are masters of structural changes, space planning, floor plans, improving function etc. They are not decorators they are highly skilled, educated designers and they do make everything look fresh and fabulous. Erin and Allison are unflappable, tactful, creative, fun and funny. They have your best interest at heart. They have the uncanny ability to make you think it was your good idea. They don't take credit and high five themselves, or at least not in front of the client. Also, they play well with others. They respect the contractors, tradesmen and clients; everyone feels heard, appreciated and understood. I am a nobody, but I highly recommend Eridel Design.

He was assisting me to finish up an order I had started with his colleague, Joe, who was on a day off. (Joe was also great!) So I wasn't sure where the original picture was that was stuck in my head and Darrell had a great deal of patience in assisting me track it down, and then seeing if it would probably work with my original furniture. He assisted with a price reduction and introduced me to the manager, who was also originally from Boston. Of course, we also bonded and he further helped with the pricing. He was great too. I really like this furniture store and this particular branch was the best of those I have visited. it seemed like everyone enjoyed both their job and their customers, and that made it a really nice experience. If you are looking for less cookie-cutter and more unique pieces, you should really check out this store. It has good parking and is not far off of Interstate 75. Their staff is very helpful with loading take away purchases as well.

When we decided to have our countertops done we did shop options of doing it ourselves (finding & scheduling our own tradesmen's from demo, drywall, electrical, plumbing & painting) vs. Kirkplan doing it all. Kirkplan did all the scheduling of the work & we were pleased with all the tradesmen's showing up as scheduled & the work that was done. We were told it would take 2 weeks & it was! The Cambria countertops we choose was far superior in quality to any others we looked at. We are very pleased & Love our new kitchen. I would never recommend this company for anything! They are arrogant and the customer service is…read morebeyond poor! They have ghosted us twice about showing up to the house. They lied to the BBB about our kitchen cabinets. The salesperson never contacted us one time during or after completion of the project. In fact, he made an antisemitic remark when we were discussing prices. I informed one of the now previous owners who thought it was funny! The company apparently was purchased by Design Works in 2021. Called Design Works to speak with Dave Koffman and was directed to a voicemail. Of course, I never received a return call. While our project was completed in 2019, Kirkplan does not apparently back their products nor do they care about any issues being experienced by their customers or previous customers. Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this not so reputable company.
