I had her and her team for two sessions and neither appointment was that helpful- I felt that I could accomplish the same job or better that took a team of 4 people. After I told her I wasn't impressed with their work, she argued with me over text message and then didn't show up for the next appointment. After she didn't show up, I reached out to say that if she's not going to work the remaining hours I already paid for, I should be refunded the remaining balance. She has refused to refund me or show up for additional appointments. She won't answer my phone calls and only texts back to say my prepayment is "nonrefundable".
