24/7 Floors What can I say -- I was really impressed with…read moreSally at 24/7 Floors! This flooring company was recommended to me by my HOA property manager just two weeks before closing. I knew they weren't going to be the cheapest option, and they definitely weren't. But their pricing, the quality of their materials, and their attention to detail all showed in the final result. When I first showed up at their showroom, I didn't realize you needed an appointment. DJ graciously welcomed me in anyway and called Sally on my behalf. Even though she was out on a job site, she took his call, listened to what I was looking for, and from memory gave him the exact style numbers, which wall they were on, and exactly where to find them. I was blown away -- who can do that? Sally can. 24/7 Floors completely exceeded my expectations. They did exceptional work, and I really appreciated how well they communicated before and during the installation. Sally, DJ, and Jose were all fantastic to work with. They took care of every concern I had and patiently walked me through everything. I don't do this for a living and I don't speak "flooring," but they anticipated my needs before I even asked, while still letting me make all the creative decisions. At the end of the day, you want to feel like you got what you paid for -- and I absolutely did. I'm so glad I went with them. You really can't go wrong with 24/7 Floors, Sally, DJ, or Jose.

One of the reasons we chose 24-7 floors was the help we got selecting our floors from Sally. I am horrible at decorating and was overwhelmed with what to pick. I was surprised when Sally called me after we left her store and spent time with me after hours on a FaceTime video call helping me select the right color and type of floor for our home. She picked a color called "Conner" which I would never thought to select on my own and it turned out to be the perfect color for us. Our dog has been running and playing on the floors for a few weeks now and not a single scratch.
