Now yes of course, it is expensive that much is for sure, but the value is there in that its stunningly renovated, has unmatchable historic charm, clean from any environmental issues after a multi year restoration (unlike most other similar historic landmark buildings, yes I've Iived in my fair share of them). The parking is not ideal but honestly in four months Ive never had to walk more than a few blocks, there is a lot of parking around... The units are charmingly furnished, quiet for the most part (center courtyard), and stay cool even in the summer heat wave. I am lucky to have an amazing first floor courtyard unit- its the hugest studio on the property complete with a little staircase entry and gorgeous beamed high ceilings :) The public areas are epic beyond words, pool, lobby, courtyard and rooftop truly make your stay so inspiring and uplifting. They will make you feel so at peace and grateful. There is a small gym which Ive yet to use but hey its included :) They also go out of their way to provide cool experiences like wine and piano nights, sound bath/ meditations etc The ppl stay stay here are generally all high end, thoughtful, friendly, interesting etc- I also love that they are pet friendly and have night security The location is awesome it's so walkable (hello Kreation!). And lastly Mauricio and Vanessa that run the sales and on site mgmt are gems: smart, chill, responsive, friendly, and truly on it for anything you need - they helped inspire me to come here as well as stay~ I feel that they really care and make you feel special day in and day out! Overall CGI/ bread & salt hospitality did an immaculate job here. To be honest, when I first started working here 3 years ago it was a bit of a dump, which was surprising given its location. The hallways were dreary and depressing on the floor that I was initially on. Renovations started on the building last year and are almost complete. Retail shops and a restaurant are coming soon. (Yay! Liquid lunch!) The renovated lobby is impressive and looks like an art gallery. There is a Wells Fargo Bank on the ground floor and ATMs in the lobby. The ATM is open 24/7 and security guards are always on duty in addition to security surveillance. A majority of the offices are law firms and medical (mostly plastic surgery). I often joke that I can get lipo & Botox on my lunch hour. LOL! Truth is, I rarely leave the office unless it's a quick coffee run, so I have not had many celebrity sightings. I have seen Paris Hilton & Justin Bieber on my commute home. They both have very distinctive cars, which are hard to miss. I also ran into Kendall Jenner in the parking garage as she was headed up to an "appointment" in the building. My company has a private floor, which is much nicer than the one I was initially on. Hopefully, those dreary hallways will receive a revamp. The elevators suck and take forever. I was once stuck between floors for 45 minutes and the fire department had to break me out. It was a traumatic experience. The front desk security are friendly and helpful. The valet attendants are nice and always wave good-bye when I leave. Parking: $26.10 all day. $2.90 every 15 minutes.

My first taping at The FABlife show!…read more The Studio: Located in downtown Culver City. There is a studio sign on Washington Blvd so you won't miss it. The Show: First season. Small studio but intimate. Beautiful set. The hosts are super super super friendly with the audience. They interact with the audience and chat with them when the show is finished. The stage manager is great in controlling the time, 2 hours taping. The Parking: For TV taping, you park at the public parking structure right across from the studio. The first two hours FREE then $1 per hour. Very reasonable price.

Easy to get to plus plenty of street parking as well as underground parking available. It was Sunday so maybe it wasn't quite as busy as a school day but it was still vusy but pleasant. Everyone we dealt with was nice as well. Also a few restaurants to grab a bite to eat. Nice little center for sure.

Security are a bunch of overzealous assholes. Rude, overzealous, and needless. Their alleged justification for this was a peaceful demonstration of white-collar labor unions across the street. Inexcusable. If this ever happens again I'll be withdrawing my funds and closing my account.

I came here today for the Spring Arts Tower Takeover. At $5, the takeover was a little…read moredisappointing, but the building itself was not. I already pre purchased tickets online, but still had to stand in line for a little bit. I even let a woman in front of me in line. That was a minor mistake because once my ticket was scanned and I got my wristband, she took the elevator up alone. She didn't hold it for anyone else. Rude. She knows who she is. Luckily, I was directed to the back where they were allowing people to ride the freight elevator. That was an experience in itself. The guy asked the group which floor. We all agreed on the twelfth floor, so we could work our way down. You can see the wall and floors as you ride the elevator up. I walked down the stairs from the twelfth floor down. It's all offices. Old school. Fire escape and multiple restrooms on each floor. Nice size office spaces.

The lobby was filled with food for breakfast and coffee and the tables and chairs were so comfy. I loved the ambiance and artwork and it had an upbeat and luxurious feel to it. The screening room was small but still spacious. The seats were also very comfortable and plush. The picture and sound quality was superb and despite that we only watched clips of the films, I was still able to see and hear everything well, sitting further back. Parking was also very easy in their lot and the attendants were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this space for events!

The outside courtyard is so nice that I often spend the workday working outside. It's just so inviting and relaxing. And it really helps give the sense that you're working in a backyard, not in a huge office building. There's a bit to get used to with the elevators & navigating around some of the floors, but eventually it will becoming second nature. I just definitely got lost a few times the first week or so of me working out of the space. The fact that it's right next to Sawtelle and all the great restaurant options is an added bonus to this already great location.
