Keli sent a team of 4 and in 4 hours they had space planned the kitchen, unpacked all three boxes, and put everything away. Then they moved into the playroom where they organized and put away all the toys and started on 2 kids rooms and my closet! I was blown away with how much they got done in such a short time. I plan to have them back once all of our belongings arrive to do the garage and office!

I absolutely am a fan and endorse her work based on my experience. I originally called Organized by Keli because I was moving in from out of state and I had sprained my ankle badly right before the move. I knew I would need help so I interviewed via email and phone a few organizers I found via Google and Yelp in the area. I found Keli easy to talk with and liked how she worked. What I didn't have a good time with, however, was with the movers. Turns out my ankle injury was to have time to heal before our stuff would arrive due to a serious truck driver shortage and our belongings remained in a warehouse waiting for a driver... for 40 days. It was over a month before I can give Keli an actual date range when our stuff would finally arrive... at a time when my husband would be away and I would have to tackle it all solo. When I booked and pre-paid Keli, just knowing that she would be coming with her team helped me to be more relaxed about the daunting task ahead. When the items were finally piled in my house, Keli was able to work flexibly with me on getting her team out to help me. My ankle was healing but the arrival of our things means there was only two weeks before the kids start their school year! Talk about being behind an eight ball! Luckily Keli had a great team of people who put in 24 hours of man hours in a day. They were able to get the Kitchen AND Master Bedroom with 2 closets all done in the first day! Second day they worked on the office, basement, and kids bedrooms. Keli and her team are the nicest people who I definitely didn't mind around my house and around my kids. I ended up purchasing a few extra hours outside of my package to fine-tune things and I am also super thankful for the team helping to get rid of all the boxes that were processed!

I went through Costco so I liked the benefits that got me. So for the longer version... I had a few companies come out to give me quotes. I had one lady who was super rude, got upset when I told her I was getting other quotes, behaved as if this was her first time in someone's house, acted like she knew better than I, what I should have in my closet, drew my closet out by hand with pen and whiteout (what is this, the 90's?), and tried to upcharge me on everything, all the while telling me I was getting a 55% discount. Renee came in, was very polite, friendly, asked me what *I* wanted and then drew to those specifications, was very easy to work with, wasn't pushy, didn't use used-car-sales tactics, and the pricing was way better than any of the other quotes. Plus the design was via computer software so it was easy to visualize. And in between the design and install, she was very communicative about everything. Leonel and Ivan came in to install. Were very professional, cleaned up and were such lovely gentlemen. They took the time to explain everything and asked me to inspect before they left, which I really appreciated. The only thing I was a bit unhappy with was that I asked for the closets to be a certain width, hoping that it would be the insides, but unfortunately it included the wood, so sadly I can't use the hardware/baskets I was planning to add to my closet. That said, I willl gladly use Closet Factory for my next closet!

As a whole, the built-in is sturdy and beautifully built; moreover, all of my computer equipment fits seamlessly inside with no unsightly cords. I especially appreciated the design support for this project; having Elizabeth's assistance was crucial in designing a built-in that perfectly fits my needs. Despite the delays during the installation, based on the design support and the quality of the finished product, I would not hesitate to work with Closet Factory in the future. Original Review: I contacted Closet Factory in early September to request a built-in bookcase and desk for my home office. After working with my designer, Elizabeth -- who was and remains great -- I was told it would take a couple of weeks to order and receive the required materials. I was given an installation date of 2-3 October. On the first day of the installation, the installation team discovered that several components were the wrong size, either ordered incorrectly or sent by the manufacturer in the incorrect size. The job is less than half-completed in my office (I work from home) while we wait for replacement materials. That was October 3rd. They did attempt to charge my credit card as if they had completed the job. To their credit, when I called about the charge for the second half of the total cost (I had paid the first half upfront), they promptly refunded the amount, pending the actual completion of their contractual obligations.

Not only was he extremely experienced and efficient with the installation of this particular system, he charged us approximately $350 less than it would have cost us to go through one of the retailer's contractors. We are now able to realize much more usable space than before. Next job already scheduled for the hanging of a new barn door for the walk-in closet! With a new bike on the way, I found it was going to be quite a challenge storing it in our relatively small garage. I barely had enough room to squeeze the car in with just one bike, so purchased a ceiling hanging system. After the system arrived, I hired Wade Services to do the job. Upon arrival, he suggested an alternative solution that would allow for easier access to the bike. I went with his idea and was quite pleased with the results. Where there was once clutter and barely enough room for one bike, I now am able now able to fit two bikes (old bike pictured - new one will be placed where the tires are), store my ladders and camping tables, and still effortlessly park my full-sized SUV. He also offered other improvement ideas, which I will have installed at a later date. He also suggested new layout ideas for two of our closets. We also plan to have him install those as well! Great work at a reasonable price! Thanks again, Robert! Jimmy H

What a pleasure it was to work with Out of Sight…read more They designed a custom closet for our master bedroom, tailored to our storage needs, after we finished a full bathroom remodel. They were responsive, had a ton of different color and texture options (hundreds of choices) and did an outstanding job with the install. We wanted to reuse our remnant piece of quartz from our MBB project that had coincidentally been done by the fabricator down the street from Out of Sight. The fabricator (Rock Solid - AVOID!) couldn't cut a simple rectangle correctly until their third try. Even though Out of Sight had no responsibility to install another vendor's product, they came back twice on our behalf to install it, even taking it back to Rock Granite (completely unresponsive to us) to fix their errors. And OOS didn't charge us for the trips. THAT's customer service. We're thrilled with how everything turned out from Out of Sight. Strongest recommendation for custom closet work.

The pictures attached do not do it justice but the design is sleek, functional and beautiful!! So glad I did not go with a national chain company. Out of Sight owners provided personalized attention and outstanding specialized customer service at a fraction of the cost. He shared that it would take about 4 to 6 weeks to receive the doors. In addition, being a military veteran, Kale ensured that we received a military discount. Several days later, another employee came and digitally measured all of the doors that were going to be replaced. The big door was going to be 96" across, which was for our den storage closet. He explained the process for this door and what to expect. Five weeks later, our doors were received and installed. The team of two came prepared and installed all the doors within three hours. Talk about professionalism! The doors finish was outstanding, and the black enhanced the white doors. The storage closet, which was 96 inches across, was awesome. One of our neighbors was looking at the work and wanted their phone number, which I gladly gave to them. Living in a retirement community, we do a lot of word-of-mouth referrals for our neighbors. She is a phony and unprofessional is an understatement…read more She dishonestly claimed copyright infringement because I tried to include her texts in my google review which were less than flattering. There are no shortages of organizers. I doubt you could do worse than her. No doubt she like all the others have a knack for this but in my case I needed a person willing to hear my specific needs as a person with a disability, that were different than everybody else'. She ignored and dismissed every single one of my specific requests that I expressed at length After reassuring me that she understood. She claimed to have knowledge she did not have at all. Not even a little. Response to response: And you are the so called hired professional ableist every person with a disability wants to avoid. I didn't hire a therapist. I hired an organizer who did a bad job and rather than wanting to find solutions, you chose to disparage and attack me. You had options in which to respond and you chose the ugliest one. I'm no psychologist but I think you might need some help with your emotional regulation. Fire hazard? Even after you left? Then You must be terrible at your job! Why don't you want me to share our texts? No reason, I'm sure There is no water damage. It's fixed and good as new. There is no mold and it's all nice and clean. You on the other hand, are full of sh*t( see what I did there? Haha) So you're also a microbiologist And a fire safety inspector And code inspector in addition to an (ADHD informed)organizer expert? What specifically is your educational background that qualifies you to make up nonsense about molds and fire hazards? What are your credentials as an "expert in your field you claim to be. Contacting my landlord cause I'm in violation of my lease? What? So you're a lawyer too? Yes, please do call my landlord. She's excellent at spotting "crazy.". Much better than me, clearly. "I'm calling your landlord" Who says that? "The person trying to help me?" You were a hired professional being paid for a service who did a terrible job. Am I supposed to be grateful for having my specific requests expressed at length blatantly dismissed? Regardless, pretty self-righteous and judgmental to try to shame a person's home, even when you Are lying. You're showing your character. How ugly. Why would anyone want someone so sanctimonious and hurtful like you in their house? Writing "I wish you all the best" for people to read doesn't change the person you've repeatedly already shown yourself to be. 2/24 The adventure continues haha "I now see your situation was unique" Right, it's My unique situation and not that you behaved arrogantly and ignored my specifically spelled out requests that you agreed to honor. With my "tragically unique " situation unlike Any Other, haha, it was all about function and practicality. If you had any actual experience with ADHD as you claimed you would've known that. Most of what you did made no sense for that goal. It made the room look better but made the things I do daily less convenient. You took already categorized and sorted items and moved them into bins that were too small in order to fit them in the tiny closet. Looked nice. Can't see the things I need anymore. Not helpful. That's the complete opposite of my stated goals that we discussed at length. Except the shoes. Already told you, very happy with the shoes! Give it a rest, Kate. You need to move on. You were terrible. It's unfortunate but you'll be fine. I'm not going to allow you to lie since it seems to come very easy for you. I am very familiar with your personality type. You were literally gaslighting me and it was pathetic. You think denying magically changes how objective reality works? People like you love to make straw-men arguments and/or launch personal attacks to try to make people defensive or angry. But I know your playbook very well. You wrote a whole new response as another cringy attempt at discrediting me. That's going to backfire because Luckily, I still have your original response. You sure do seem to have a lot of time.
