They took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and gave us the space we needed to love on Stud Muffin during his final moments. Their genuine care for both our sweet boy and our family meant more than words can express. Stud Muffin was a cherished member of our family, and we are deeply grateful that his final moments were filled with peace and surrounded by such compassionate professionals. Midtown has nice kennels, treat the dogs well and have a nice outdoor area. I also like that they are right next door to a 24x7 veterinary clinic in case of an emergency. They also let the groomers from next door work with your dog during his/her stay. Love that! It is great to be able to pick your dog up on a Sunday. Others like to charge you for an extra night. But, more importantly, why put your dog through staying an additional night? They do not nickel and dime you to death like one of the others in town. The other charges to give your dog treats, walks, etc. No thank you to the additional charges. Just treat my dog well! This is, in my opinion, the best in Granbury.

The office is extremely clean, the people working there had smiles and were happy to be there. We had an appointment and went back to the examination room with no wait. Ricky was nervous but that is Ricky's nature-- everything makes him nervous. Dr. C. and his assistant was very gentle with Ricky and it was determined that Ricky had a yeast infection in his ears. The doctor did a thorough examination and recommended monthly flea medication that would also keep him from getting worms. We try to keep Ricky inside, but Ricky is a hunter and enjoys small wild game, which could cause him to be susceptible to worms. We are beyond thrilled with Ricky's treatment and after 2 weeks of ear drops, the ear infection has cleared up.

I told her that but she didn't care, just referred us to an emergency clinic so she wouldn't have to take responsibility. When I called to talk to her after following instructions they gave me she seemed very perturbed on the phone for bothering her. My cat I thought was near death and she didn't care. I did what she suggested we do by the time we got him to emergency he died. He trusted me to take care of him, I thought I was doing right by trusting them. Turns out you can't trust them, I will forever feel awful about letting him down, he was only 7 years old. He died from diabetes which is treatable!! She suspected that but apparently didn't want to treat him. I am heartbroken. All those animals they see they are NOT just a number, they are our best friends. Don't trust them, find someone who actually cares.

Both Dublin vets; "Greens Creek" & "Dublin Vet" ALWAYS took care of my animals. I miss Dublin Tx! I haven't found a great vet yet... - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - My latest visit to a Copperas Cove Vet; our 3.5lb dog was crushed in a recliner. Bloody anus & mangled tail, worried over spine or internal damage. She's examined, we're told she NEEDS a tail docking ASAP -$490 - we could take her home until we can afford it . . . WHAT?? And what about her spine or internal damage? BTY; She's now fine with a docked tail - because I paid. In an ER situation those "establish payment first policies" are a slap.
