If I could do negative a thousand stars trust me I would. My dogs are not just dogs to me. I'm sure anyone reading this feels the same. These dogs play a huge role in my family and are treated as children. I was under the impression Happy Hills Pet Services was a professional pet boarding service. I mistakenly trusted Happy Hills Pet Services with my dogs lives. I thought she would care for them and keep them safe. Within 10 minutes of leaving both of my dogs in her care I get a phone call informing me she had lost BOTH of my dogs and was looking for them! I quickly turn around and get back there to find her standing in the driveway NOT looking for them. She then comes up to my car window as I'm crying and proceeded to BLAME ME FOR HER LOSING MY DOGS!!! " Well YOUUUUUUU didn't tell me not to let them outside!" Are you freaking kidding me?!?! How on earth was I to know her intention was to let them out?! Mind you this in the country alongside an extremely busy highway. A professional boarding service would and should have a checklist of questions ready to ask first time drop offs of does and dont's!!! I have previously used boarding services and I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional rude woman. My two dogs were lost overnight in the country alongside a busy highway... she gives ONE of my dogs back the next morning who had wandered back up hurt. He had either been kicked in the face by local cattle or has been hit by a vehicle. She gave the dog back to me in this condition without mentions of paying the vet bill for an accident that was entirely her fault. The next dog was picked up by a Good Samaritan and taken to a local pound OVER 30 MILES AWAY!!! I wouldn't recommend this " professional pet services" if you ever want to see your pets again or care about their well being!!!! read more

Happy Hill Pet Services has been taking care of my pets for seven years. Whenever I have an out of town trip to make, they've provided in-home visits and given all the needed care my spoiled pets demand. I've requested notifications of my animals' status and I get detailed info during each visit. I'm satisfied I can trust that my animals are in good hands when I'm away. I positively recommend Happy Hill Pet Services to anyone who loves their pets! read more

Went out of town this past weekend and dropped my cats and dogs off at happy hill. My cats made themselves right at home in the cat room. My two little dogs got to stay in the same kennel in the little dog room. Margo the owner would keep me updated with pictures and videos of my babies playing and having the time of their life. It feels so good to know that when i'm on vacation they are too!! read more

Happy Hill Pet Services is the only place I trust leaving my Shitzu, Marlee! Whether it's for overnight or a week, we can leave Marlee and never think twice about the kind of care she receives. Wonderful place! We always board our two large dogs here when traveling. Appreciate that Margo always checks that vaccinations are up to date so no chance of picking up something from other dogs. Always clean and the dogs get to socialize with other dogs their size in the play yard. Flexible with drop off and pick up times as well. read more

If you need a place to drop off your pet for just the day or overnight they are the best. My dog Wyatt is very anxiety ridden when he is away from me but I never worry when I need to leave him overnight. Margo takes the best care of him which gives me peace of mind. I wouldn't take him anywhere else read more
