It's around $15 for my son and I to and swim, I like that they have a family room where you can store your things in lockers, they have bathrooms w/showers in the family room, I still bring all my belongings out in the pool area, you can bring your own snacks which is convenient. My boy who is 11, likes to swim in the deep area, he did have to take a swim test his first time to make sure he can swim in that area, once he passed, they made him wear and orange bracelet, now anytime we go, we just tell a lifeguard he passed and they're ok with him just grabbing a bracelet and putting it on every time, no need to take test again. When we would go, on weekends, water slide doesn't open till 11, overall this is a convenient place to go when you feel like swimming. With it being indoors though, the chlorine smell is strong, but tolerable. The lifeguards are very nice as well.

I am a retired "snowbird". I was in the Prescott area and went to Anytime Fitness Prescott. One…read moreday I tried to get in but my FOB could not open the door. Thinking there was a problem with payment, I checked my records - payments were made. I then was calling corporate but could not get answers as to why my FOB was not working and got passed on to someone else. This went on for days. I finally got to someone who would help. That AF rep confirmed that I was paid up. Also I was not just blocked at the Prescot location but the entire chain which I understand is about 5500 locations. I asked why. The rep told me that there were not reports/comments in my file. I have been a member for many years. If I had done something so bad that it would block me from the entire chain there should have been something documented in my file. Or, at least someone from AF talk to me about what I supposedly did. No one from AF reached out to be re an incident and maybe give me a warning. None of this happened. The helpful AF rep told me that after several attempts to reach Prescott directly that he finally talked to someone. The rep was told that I had been blocked because I had been using their parking lot as a toilet. This very odd since I live a work out of a motor home with a fully functional bathroom on board. Also, while my FOB was working, a short walk across the a few parking spaces would have given me access the the several toilets inside the Prescot location. First, I think I may have been confused with someone else. Second, this happened a few weeks ago, AF is still taking payments out of my account though I am supposedly not a member anymore. I will have to see what I can do to get this stopped via my bank since AF is so difficult to deal with and unresponsive. I have managed businesses for many decades. I have rarely seen customer service so bad. However, this is a trend that my peers and I ( 60-70 years) that the young ones in our various industries (30-40 yrs and younger) are sloppy and lazy on this subject.

They are all very friendly and welcoming and I have a nickname for every staff member based on a funny song as well as other inside jokes. Terrell, Lakyn, Jerome, Kaitlyn, James, Tony, Mary and the rest of the gang are great! I travel to many other states and this is by far the nicest one I've been to and the most welcoming. I found the office staff very sympathetic and thankfully were able to schedule me an appointment the next business day. Dr. Brady was very knowledgeable about the type of Vertigo I had (BPPV) and after 3 visits I am back to normal. While there, he even addressed an old neck/shoulder injury that I have and showed me some exercises to improve movement and tightness. I appreciate Dr. Brady's professionalism and compassion that he showed to me during an incredibly stressful time - thank you!
