This place is really fun. It has a ton of unique legos and the staff was very nice. You can build and buy your own custom miniatures

The child's safety is taken seriously and the check in process covers important things like dietary restrictions, medications, etc. The cabins are super cute and clean. The bathrooms are kept tidy as well. They do a ton of activities each week so the kids are never bored. Can't wait for many more summers of fun!

In fact, I loved it so much I worked as a camp counselor there as soon as I was old enough. If you're looking for a good introduction to the outdoors then this camp is a great place to start. It's not fancy by any means, but that's the whole point of summer camp! Kids stay in 10-12 person cabins with a communal bathroom/shower area and there is a separate girls and boys village. There is a campfire ring in the middle of each village for evening get togethers and sing alongs. They have theme weeks, swimming, riflery, archery, arts and crafts, hiking, weekly dances, floor hockey, and tons of other daily classes depending on what's offerred. I'm sure things have changed some in the 10+ years since I worked there, but nonetheless this place holds a special place in my heart.

Everything looked clean, and the animals seemed active. There's actually a lot to do here, it's not just walking around looking at animals in cages. We did the African Bush Safari, and that was probably our favorite part. You get really close to giraffes, zebras, and antelope. We fed a giraffe, and that was such a cool experience. They also have different shows and activities throughout the day. We saw things like the Predator Feed (I think it's only on certain days), Tiger Splash, and some reptile exhibits. There's definitely enough to keep you busy for a few hours. And yes, we fed the tigers too. Not gonna lie, that was a little scary, but also really exciting. We missed the campout event last year and still kind of regret it. They're having it again this year on 5/16, and we might join this time.

Can't say enough good things. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Seeing the predators during feeding was an experience in-itself. The animals were all out and about, not hiding in their dens. Very unique, not like a zoo.
