More important than the storybook plating and the flare, the food screams of excellent sourcing. Marvol's trout belly and roe, Kendall's greens, Wisconsin sweet corn and crab. They had good flavor and were priced correctly, but they just didn't stand out. I didn't get to snap any pictures since I was out with customers, but I don't know that I would've anyway. Again, there was nothing wrong with our meal. The food was good. The service was good. The value was good. If I lived in the neighborhood, I'd probably stop in for dinner every now and then.
