We were quite thrilled to see there were several vegan options on their rather extensive menu. We opted for the mushroom, black bean and corn tacos with a side of refried beans. The ingredients were fresh and absolutely delicious! Other items on the menu looked delicious as well, ranging from comfort food such as chicken fried steak to ribeyes to a southwest steak salad or roasted beet salad. (Marinated tofu could be substituted for meat.) Brandon, our server, was wonderful, and being a fellow vegan, he had great recommendations. And to top it off, the owner had a box of vegetable from his overflowing garden free for the taking! This restaurant is a fabulous little gem for any community, much less such a small town and it easily meets the dietary needs of all clientele. (They even have gluten free buns for their burgers.)
