I want to start off by saying my experience with Cyclepath has been online and curbside pick up…read moreonly. I am a proud Fauxleton owner which means I purchased a used spin bike and use it in conjunction with the Peloton app (DM me about this because it's a great hack for someone how wants to be part of the Pelo Fam without the hefty price tag!). The bike I purchased came with cage pedals which means you can use regular running shoes that slide in to a cage to keep your feet in place. Now for someone with minimal spinning experience, this was fine for me at first. But as I did more research on the benefits of spin and started taking it more seriously, I determined it was time to upgrade the pedals to clip ins. I am lucky to have a friend that was able to recommend not only Cyclepath but also the specific pedals I needed. I wanted dual SPD's so that I could clip in on one side, but that someone without cleats could use the bike on the other side. Cyclepath has developed an online shopping experience during COVID and offered curbside pick up. The pedals were in stock, and comparably at a decent price. I ordered them online and they were ready for pickup a few days later. The pedals were exactly as described, easy to install, and have worked wonderfully for me! I hope to shop inside Cyclepath one day and get lost in all things cycling.

We went there to fix and switch our bike seat post, also asked some questions regarding bikes and charged us at a very affordable price.. They're very accommodating and they really know their products. The stores carries a wide selection of bikes from road bike to mountain bike. They carry Mostly Giant and Trek bicycles. They also have great selections of men & women's clothing, shoes and bike accessories. The store is bright and clean and price is just right!! My new favourite cycle path store.. (Too bad the Woodbridge location is gone)

We've been going to this bike shop for years because it's the only option in our neighborhood, but…read moreunfortunately the experience seems to get worse with each visit. The customer service is consistently disappointing. Staff rarely makes eye contact, there is little to no acknowledgment when customers enter the store, and basic courtesies such as greeting customers or providing updates on wait times are completely absent. It is extremely inefficient and disorganized. What makes the experience particularly frustrating is that there can be only a couple of customers in the store while several employees are on the floor, yet it can still take 30 minutes to an hour just to get someone's attention or speak with a staff member. During these waits, there is often no communication, no indication of who is being helped next, and no confirmation that anyone will be assisting you. As a family that loves biking and has invested a lot of time and money on our bikes, it's so frustrating to get it serviced at this location and will be looking at going elsewhere.

When picked up bike the noise returned within 3 blocks of shop. Was told to bring it back. Unidentifiable woman charged me $32 for a flat tire repair and told me the the noise was probably from the chain which sometimes makes a noise when shifting gears. Told her it happened when peddling and was constant. Was not told what had been done to bike so I believe nothing was done on either visit re my concern just got smoke blown up my arse. Also wanted seat adjusted and that was simply ignored. Not sure what I paid for. The bike still works but I fear it will break soon. Not at all satisfactory
