After deciding I went ahead and paid in full. They do allow you to pay a deposit instead. At the time of my order I was told one of the frames I selected was out of stock. It was coming from a manufacturer in Italy and they didn't have an ETA for when it would be back in stock but they guessed it could be 1-2 months. I had painstakingly lol gone through their collection so I decided to wait because I wasn't in a rush to get them. March came though and I hadn't heard anything so I called for an update. It would have been nice if they had reached out to me when they realized it was past the two month mark. I understand it feels uneventful to provide a "there's no update" update but I like being kept in the loop regardless of what the status is. After that call, they were more proactive in reaching out to me to let me know they were still waiting for it to arrive which I appreciated. When the frame finally arrived, I was really pleased with how both of my pieces came out. Their prices are expensive but it's a local, specialty shop and you only get things framed once so you may as well invest in something you'll like. Overall, I'd recommend checking them out.

Those guys really know their stuff!!!! I have been to framers all around from California to London and these guys are the BEST! All of it looks amazing and I am even more proud now to have it hung here in once place. I wouldn't even bother going anywhere else! This was my first time using a professional framer in years and they were so patient in explaining all of my options. I ordered a custom rush frame and they were able to have my piece ready in 3 days. Of course the cost was up there but they have such a large selection of frames to choose from, different matte and glass options. Once when we called to try and understand what happened. The second time when we dropped the piece for it to have the matte replaced and the THIRD time when we picked up the piece with the correct matte added! My husband was trying to give her every opportunity to gracefully make the change but she kept telling him in not so many words that his taste sucked. #CantMakeThisUp I bought my husband a limited edition print recently as a present and we brought it here to have it custom framed. My husband spent time with the store associate picking out the exact frame and matte color. We paid up front as was their policy. When we picked up the artwork, the final framed art wasn't what we picked out. The frame was correct but the matte was not. We picked out a yellow/gold matte and they used a black matte. Anyone who orders custom framing does so because they want something specific. Not getting what you pay for is not acceptable.

Most checkouts you can enter your loyalty number and start scanning. I feel tech-savvy but the self-checkout was just confusing. It's not clear which ones are open. You can't see the checkout situation until you're next in line to checkout. At one point the lone cashier started scolding the CUSTOMERS for not using self-checkout and told US the line was so long it didn't make sense and WE had to do something about it. Excuse me? I don't work here, find someone who DOES to do something about this long line. How about order online and have it delivered? Or better yet... just order from anywhere online.

They have the kind of customer service I appreciate -- where someone actually walks you to what you're looking for instead of just pointing in a general direction and disappearing. That said, the front desk and self-checkout area are another story. I stood at the self-checkout for a solid five minutes waiting for anyone to come by and help with a screen issue so I could remove an item. No one ever came, so I eventually gave up and checked out at another register. Overall, it's a nice store with good selection and solid staff, but I'll be honest -- next time I come, I'll be coming for the sales, not the sticker prices.
