Natalie was awesome. She came in and got right to it. My 5 year old chatted her up for 3 hours while she patiently combed through every long curly hair with her special treatment with the most gentle touch. Meanwhile I took advantage of the freedom to clean the sheets, towels, and hair care items. Natalie even taught me how to clean our pillows and unwashable but sentimentally valuable items. We didn't have to throw anything away! Then Natalie took care of my hair and answered more of my questions. She was so patient and so sweet.
