Know who you are speaking to before you start talking. In the office she must ensure she treat every person the same. Take care of each person in the order of how they arrive to the office. She skipped a lady to check me out to whom the lady it was her first time. This was very unprofessional because I was leaving and the lady was there before me and was told by Ms Barbara to have a seat she will be with her when she finishes with me. The service is always great by team that renders the service. The Introduction is always poor when entering the business. When the front door opens Barbara should be standing to introduce herself it's already a challenge to see her behind the desk. Please re-evaluate your staffing for your continued success.

The lady asked me if I was a patient of Dr Weiss's and knew my name. Very strange since he has many patients. I'm wondering if they were notified not to give me my surgical report. After being told I have to call Dr. Weiss, I told them that I have a ight to obtain my records. After waiting 10 min, she came back and said the doctor had not signed it yet. since September? How can a surgery center be that careless not to have the report signed immediately after the surgery or at least within a few days. She then said that she would email them to me in two weeks! This is unacceptable. Why are they trying to protect the doctor???

Had a nerve test done and my tech, Sandy, walked me though everything. It was a bit painful but she kept me talking and kept my mind off the test. She was awesome. He also pointed out every flaw in my skin/face recommending several other treatments that I did not ask about nor was I concerned about. I have been suffering with my feet for years and finally decided to undergo surgery to correct the…read moreproblems I was having. After getting recommendations from various people, Dr. Watkins name just seemed to keep popping up. After scheduling an appointment with him, I knew he was the one. He was nice and really knows his stuff! My surgery experience went really well. The nurse staff was excellent. I had an issue with passing out after getting the IV (Eek! I hate needles!) so the second time around, they really took care of me. Only issues I had was at times the wait to see him for your appointment seemed to be a hit or miss, which is why I have it 4 stars. Either I would see him as soon as I walked in or it would take forever, like an hour or more. Actually, even for my 1st surgery, I had to wait. I was scheduled for 12:30 and wasn't taken in until almost 3 pm, which I think helped contribute to me passing out because I hadn't eaten for the last 15 or so hours. There was an old lady who needed to get a quick procedure done and they put her ahead of me, which I understand because my surgery was 2 hours, but they should have taken me in and gotten me settled first with the IV and all that (I think the nurse was going to do that, but the receptionist made her take the lady in first). Oh and surgeries are performed on Thursdays so I would avoid making appointments then because that's when he usually gets backed up. But other than that, I think him and his staff are great! Customer service is important to them. They even sent me a get well soon card after both surgeries. I thought that was really thoughtful that they care about their patients like that. I will definitely continue to go to Dr. Watkins for any podiatry needs and will recommend him to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a podiatrist.

I love the selection of eyeglasses as they specialize in the high end brands but they also have the less expensive brands. My insurance covered a lot so I was able to get some pretty nice specs. I am very indecisive and it took me awhile to find a pair I liked. The staff was fabolous in helping me pick them out. Even when I changed my mind they were very helpful. I highly recommend this place as they are clean, nice and have a great selection.

We went to our primary care doctor and then our allergy doctor and both of them told us that our…read more5-year old daughter just had molluscum contagiosum. That there was nothing I needed to do as they mostly go away. We waited almost two years for them to go away and the bumps kept building up. Dr. Poole was referred to me and on his website he had the specialty of treating this virus. We went for our visit and it was so much easier than I anticipated. He put a drop of a chemical on about 40+ bumps(that started out with only 1 bump) and there was no pain or discomfort my daughter felt. You have to use Tylenol and Aquaphor for 24-hours, but other than that, they blistered up, scabbed and then fell off. We just went back after one month and she only had 8 this time, that he had to treat. My little girl was so happy and proud of herself that she did so well. No shots, she said. He was a great, friendly doctor for kids. I would highly recommend.
