The moment I walked into her office I felt very comfortable. Dr. Eagan and her staff are very welcoming and provide such a calm, soothing atmosphere. My consultation was amazing and during that time Dr. Eagan provided me with everything I needed to know to help me determine what procedures I would like to do. She listened to EVERY concern I had and took her time to make sure she addressed each of them. I did a breast lift, implant exchange, liposuction with fat transfer to my breasts, and an internal mesh was sewn in to help with support and lift. After two pregnancies that left me with irreversible damage to my stomach, I had a tummy tuck with abdominal muscle repair. My results exceeded my expectations. I was referred to Dr. Eagan through a relative and couldn't be more excited about finally finding a Dr. for my services. I happily called the office, and scheduled an appt. with Lorena. Although I rescheduled my weekday appointment due to a new position I started and not being able to make it into the office on time, I agreed to pay the cancellation fee and Lorena accommodated my schedule with a Sunday appointment at 10:00 AM. From my understanding, I would be charged a total of $80, $40 for the late cancellation and $40 would go towards my services on Sunday. Sunday: I arrived a tad bit early (9:15 AM) I figured some time would be needed to fill out paper work and answer questions since I'm a new patient. I was greeted by a pretty lady in scrubs and flawless skin at the front desk (Dr. Eagan) and was given some intake paperwork to fill out. I completed the paperwork at 9:26 AM and was asked to return in 15 mins as another patient walked in. I realized Dr. Eagan was in the office by herself, so I kindly took heed to her request. I came back at 9:45 AM and knocked on the locked door until 9:53 AM. I then decided to leave, but decided to call the office. Dr. Eagan answered and said she would come out and get me. I was invited into a back room for a quick consultation and great conversation about treatment and payment plans as well. I had pictures taken, and was ready to move forward with my procedure. We decided on the products and payment plan, and topical numbing ointment was applied all over my face. I waited about 10 - 15 mins, only for Dr. Eagan to return and tell me I would have to pay in full due to my card being declined earlier in the week. I totally understand the refusal of service to anybody, but I have been a victim of identity theft, and learned to keep more than one bank account due to the suffering I endured with that situation. I have one account I pay every single bill with, which I transfer from another account I keep my assets in upon bills being paid and due. A little complex but definitely helps me feel safe. Now the misunderstanding of when I was being charged, may have been from miscommunication with Lorena upon scheduling the Sunday appointment. But I was under the impression I would be charged on Sunday. Therefore, I would have ensured the funds were in there before hand. With that being said, I was denied service unless I could pay in full, was charged the $40 cancellation fee, only to walk out with my face and lips numb for the next few hours. Now I am not a negative person, and hate to be the bad apple in the bunch. Her reviews are amazing from what I can see. I'm just a little appalled about the time spent at the office and getting denied service due to a mistake/misunderstanding from the front desk. You should go see Dr. Eagan. I was desperately in need of a new plastic surgeon when I moved to New Orleans last July. After a few weeks of looking around, I came across Dr. Eagan (thank god!) and her work immediately caught my eye. Everything I saw from her, from Botox and filler to comprehensive surgical augmentations, was stunning, balanced, and completely natural. Seriously - I have never seen results like hers that somehow manage to be totally transformative and subtle at the same time. It was super easy to get an appointment and I was able to get in really soon to get some filler. As I expected from what I had seen previously, the results were just perfect (with really minimal swelling and bruising). Her work on my chin and cheeks was honestly amazing, she definitely has a gift when it comes to understanding how to create beautiful facial proportions.
