My speciality pharmacy tried numerous times to get in contact with Atlas with no response, and calling just gets you sent to a nurse voicemail. This has been such a headache and I will likely switch clinics.

Dr. Aimee Ferrell has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was an infant. During this last…read morevisit for my daughter's 11-year check-up & immunizations, we reflected back on some of the memories. I brought up the first time my husband and I brought her in, when she was weeks old. We were new parents with a million and one questions. Yup, we had a fairly lengthy list. Dr. Ferrell was always very patient with us and always agreed with a lot of my decisions as to how to approach my daughter's health care. I guess it was a good that that we were rarely there for a visit, mostly just yearly well visits and the occasional ear infections my daughter would get. So back to my daughter's last visit. She had a couple immunizations done and we waited for about 10 minutes afterwards. We proceeded to walk to the checkout area and all of a sudden my daughter fell to her knees and was not able to verbalize what was wrong with her. She kind of murmured that she was feeling like she had to vomit. So, the lady got her a bag for that and walked her back to the examination room and called Dr. Ferrell in. My daughter's lips were turning a bit green and she was lightheaded, so she had her lay down on the bed again and got her some water. This was a normal reaction to shots we were told. After about 10 minutes or so, my daughter was fine and had no adverse reactions later that evening and even going into the next day. Thank you so much Dr. Ferrell for all that you have done for my sweet girl! We have no regrets, when we chose you as her pediatrician and I hope more people do the same for their children.

I was in rural Missouri for 6 MONTHS. was recently a patient of Dr Massengale. I recently returned home to Missouri After being gone 9 years. I returned to my same doctors who I believe to be intelligent but no more than my Dr's Louisiana. I had cellulitis and was in the hospital within 72 hours. Common theme. My PCP having never seen anything like me did 20 wound cultures.. I had staph. But I had to have staph when I left Louisiana. I kept my body covered from head to toe for obvious reasons. Dr. Massengale I believed in you. Why did you not do 20 wound cultures. You would have learned the same thing. I was resistant to all common antibiotics. Amoxicillin.Cephelaxin, Doxycycline. Just name off every medication for antibacterial infection you can think of. I guess I would have finally died. By now, I have 20 wound cultures, wound DNA as now my feet had blisters. Dr Massengale, left me like this and suggested religious counseling. Now, I agree that was probably needed, it wasn't going to cure me and I placed my absolute trust in you. Update: I am Mid way through Immunotherapy at a cancer treatment center. I may never be OK, but statistics give me 5 good years. My diagnosis was obviously over your head. I can accept that. The fact you took an oath "to do to harm" Why didn't you sent me to the best you knew?
