Sam and Rochelle literally saved my old girl Phil when she had a diabetic episode and almost died. Their quick thinking and diligence saved her life and my sanity. This was my second bad experience with this groomer. I have a Ragdoll cat that was supposed to…read morereceive a bath, and cut. Both times they did not perform the cutting saying the cat was too unsettled. They charged me over $130 to bathe, cut the back nails, and supposedly de-shed. This to my cat that I comb out everyday. When I got home I ran a comb through her and found no difference. I will never take my animals to this place again. I'd get better service at PetSmart than I do here.
