You can apply for guestlist online which gets you in free before 11.45 or if you're a local you can collect a membership card whenever you're in the club. Upstairs is a massive dance room, then there's small r&b room halfway down, a chart / dance room on the bottom floor and at the back an oldies room. You can gain entrance to the back of the club if you're over 25 via a door on Springfield Road which means you often avoid the queue. We generally prefer to dance in this part of the club as the music is mainly 70s and 80s. Cheesy, chavy, but get drunk and you'll have fun.

Overpriced yes, but you get an amazing night out for your money! The revolving dancefloor they had always used to be a bit strange though - it used to make me think I was falling over when really I was just stood with 1 foot on the revolving bit and the other on the normal bit! Millions of pounds have been spent on the Syndicate, and therefore they admittedly do charge clubbers a lot for entrance fees and drinks (around £4). Music is from the 70s and the 70s alone, which last time I visited did leave the DJ making sarcastic remarks like 'no we can't play backstreet boys' and telling people who the artists were throughout the night. When it is busy it is a really top night out, but can often feel a bit lacking when it is quiet! Maybe the building is just to big for Flares to do it justice? They had 2 hours to sort this out and nothing was sorted, I then got told by Wayne to contact Box Office to get a full refund as we couldn't sit together and watch the show, this was the 4th November, well over 4 weeks ago and STILL NO REFUND and even worse, no response that I was told I'd get on the 30th November. Absolute SHAM OF A PLACE. I'm still waiting to hear from Dean Bennett and I'm still waiting for my refund. This will not be dropped, I am livid at the kind of "customer service" they do not provide.
