You can apply for guestlist online which gets you in free before 11.45 or if you're a local you can collect a membership card whenever you're in the club. Upstairs is a massive dance room, then there's small r&b room halfway down, a chart / dance room on the bottom floor and at the back an oldies room. You can gain entrance to the back of the club if you're over 25 via a door on Springfield Road which means you often avoid the queue. We generally prefer to dance in this part of the club as the music is mainly 70s and 80s. Cheesy, chavy, but get drunk and you'll have fun.

The revolving dancefloor they had always used to be a bit strange though - it used to make me think I was falling over when really I was just stood with 1 foot on the revolving bit and the other on the normal bit! As with any pub/club in the centre of Blackpool, it can be a bit tacky and the decor when seen in the cold light of day is in need of refurbishment. That said, the drinks are not over priced and the music is good. Roxy, who provides the 'cabaret' does some quick changes into Shirley Bassey style dresses and it is very much an audience participation night. There are a couple of bars split over 2 floors and a few seating areas. Prepare to have a giggle if you visit Roxys. My mum thinks it a great night and would happily go back and she wasn't drinking!

They had 2 hours to sort this out and nothing was sorted, I then got told by Wayne to contact Box Office to get a full refund as we couldn't sit together and watch the show, this was the 4th November, well over 4 weeks ago and STILL NO REFUND and even worse, no response that I was told I'd get on the 30th November. Absolute SHAM OF A PLACE. I'm still waiting to hear from Dean Bennett and I'm still waiting for my refund. This will not be dropped, I am livid at the kind of "customer service" they do not provide.

The music is ok depending on what you are into- mainly recent music but some older songs played near the end of the night. The club is often busy and attracts a range of customers, mainly 18-25 year olds but also has regular customers over 35 years old. There is a smoking area outside with benches which is often full on a Friday and Saturday night. The police are often outside but not much trouble occurs. The bar area is busy and you have to wait a long time to buy a drink.
