They had 2 hours to sort this out and nothing was sorted, I then got told by Wayne to contact Box Office to get a full refund as we couldn't sit together and watch the show, this was the 4th November, well over 4 weeks ago and STILL NO REFUND and even worse, no response that I was told I'd get on the 30th November. Absolute SHAM OF A PLACE. I'm still waiting to hear from Dean Bennett and I'm still waiting for my refund. This will not be dropped, I am livid at the kind of "customer service" they do not provide.

I miss some of the guys who used to be regulars in the eagle as it seems to becoming more of a twink hangout and thats who were trying to get away from thats why theres a leather scene to offer an alternative and as part of our history and culture.

I've been to a lot of bathhouses around the world including all of the Manchester ones aka The Basement - which is stank, expensive, full of trolls and bad attitudes. Heat is the best sauna I've ever been to... Shame I'm from out of town cause this spot would be a regular. Miss the place already :) Can't wait to come back here.
