No covered smoking area, everyone stands at the front door and they dont allow children at any time. Now, that might be the reason why this pub is quiet but in it's defence where it is situated is at a set of very busy traffic lights on the junction of Prestcot Road and Dunriding lane. The parking area is open at the front and at the back of the pub, not a safe place to take children.

The main attraction to this place for myself has been the absolutely lovely homecooked food that is available at incredibly good prices. It seems a husband and wife own the place and they are quite friendly. The inside is spascious and there is an IT box for those wishing to play games. There is also a small enclosed section at the back of the pub for those wishin to have a litle more privacy whilst having their drink. Once again I must return to the lovely food. Since it is homecooked it is fresh, tastes lovely and the prices are a lot cheaper than virtually everywhere else in the town for equivalent food. The portions are very good. I will be going back again and again for as long as the food and the pleasant service continues.
