That's perfection and that is customer service. This is a lovely quaint station house attached to Prescot train station. We only went downstairs which was lovely and cozy and has a toilet. Just as well after two large cups of coffee. The rustic vibe is perfect and the menu looked really good. I could even select vegan options. More of that on my next visit. The staff are lovely polite and engaging. You feel more like part of the family than a customer. Tune in on my next visit. I will venture upstairs and add more photos then. Inside is clean and well laid out, typical drive thru store. Lots of comfy seating and an area with a large table to work at if required, along with power points. The outside area will no doubt come into its own during the warmer weather. The staff friendly and attentive and the professional store manager happily dealt with a problem I ended up creating myself (my own created problem not down to Starbucks I might add - whilst in the name of Yelp to be precise!!! ) Definitely worth a trip especially with the great opening hours.

He is a serious trencherman, but left three slices of toast, two of the sausages and most of the tomatoes. He then missed out his midday and evening meals! As you can see, the prices are unbelievable. Toasted bacon butty with a mug of tea works out at around £2. The shop itself is very clean and well-kept and you can see the entire cooking area, which is also of a high standard. Definitely the best breakfasts in St Helens.

When I had told of the mould to the blondish middle aged woman behind the counter, she abruptly said "yes I know the other one said about it" then sarcastically said "sorry" & walked off with the plates, no refund or replacement, not that I would of accepted a replacement but the offer wouldn't of gone a miss. Poor customer service skills completely. The food in all honesty wasn't all that bad but the toast & customer service was ridiculous, they hardly kept the fact of buying reduced bread a secret whilst having it sat on the serving window with a big bright yellow reduced sticker on it. I get there were other people waiting to sit, but there are ways of asking people to leave and I did feel it was a bit rude. Do not expect to go there and be able to sit and relax. It is an eat and get out system. Not happy the way we were asked to leave. Feeling very embarrassed when we had just finished our food. We did NOT feel welcome. It's all about the way you ask someone to see if they finish to give up the table.

Zoo Cafe Bar is open both day and night and has a regular programme of great live music, comedy…read morenights and other acts. Recently refurbished Zoo Cafe Bar has a fairly good offering. The staff are friendly and I wasn't standing around waiting to get my drink at the bar. They have a few up and coming events including Legend on 16th July who are a tribute Bob Marley band - a £10 ticket includes entrance as well as Jerk Chicken served on the bbq. It will be their first themed night - Jamaican all the way. Thursday 29th July they are holding an Animal House Comedy Night with guest compere Johnny Vegas. Friday and Saturday nights are pretty active, although I have been told that Sunday nights are also pretty good with awesome drinks promotions!
