Both ladies were patient, so helpful and super knowledgeable in helping us select frames/matting/glass for 8 pieces of flea market art on 2 separate occasions. The piece they completed in January is falling out of the frame. This piece, submitted to the Orange County Fair,was marked down to an honorable mention because the center of the needlework was loose. The second needlework had to be redone, as the lacing to the mounting board was loose, and the frame overlapped the needlework. I had to show them how to lace the needlework for tautness AND explain that the frame should NEVER cover the needlework. It took several extra months to get the reframe back. I have found a new framer.
