Mint chocolate chip, Oreo, chocolate ice creams with very generous sides of gummy bears and chocolate chips
    Amy F.

We came a little before the store's winter opening hours (4pm) and the owner was kind enough to welcome us in and let us stay and eat our ice cream until they opened. We had mint chocolate chip ice cream with sprinkles and whipped cream, Oreo and chocolate ice creams and the kids asked for their toppings on the side and were given very generous servings of gummy bears and chocolate chips in little cups. They have some really inventive and delicious sundaes. On a previous visit, I tried the baklava sundae which was life changing, drizzled with honey and cinnamon and topped with walnuts, pistachios, and chunks of baklava. Next time, I am going to try the tiramisu sundae with ladyfingers. We also have really enjoyed their Peanut butter and banana waffle and Nutella crepes. The service is fantastic, the ice cream is delicious. We love this place!

    Ice cream and dairy-free.

The chocolate soft serve was great. Nice friendly service too. Clean interior. Good parking. We'll return.

It's a bit out of the way from the downtown area all the way down a street, so I hadn't passed it before I don't think, but it's worth visiting if you don't mind splurging on specialty smoothies. The menu was impressive with great options, also telling you all the vitamins and other good stuff contained in each one. I ordered something I hadn't had before, a smoothie called Long Life that included bee pollen along with acai, goji berries (dragonfruit), blueberries, banana, and pitaya. It tasted rich and dense, and felt great to drink! I also had some of my companion's order, which I have to note reminded me of the smoothies I loved getting at B.Good many times before they changed their menu too much over the years, raised the prices, closed multiple locations, and got rid of the glorious apple & bacon kale bowl. It's called the Namaste, a more typical smoothie with mango, kale, spinach, banana, and apple that also tasted fantastic. The service was great too. I for sure recommend visiting 11:11 Health Bar especially if there's a deal or discount happening!

I tried calling and eventually left a message asking what was up. The second message I left was asking for a refund. When I did not receive a refund I tried calling later that week to see if I could just get the order fulfilled and nobody picked up. I tried calling the following week and nobody picked up. Not sure but I'm not convinced they're doing anything but taking money.

Disappointed. Stopped in at the Newton location. For starters the menu is not properly displayed…read more Under the "make your own bowls" it says to choose a base, a protein and veggies, but doesn't list any of what those items might be. Then it says "see below for additional pricing on items". There was nothing listed below with additional pricing. The menu was so confusing to navigate in the store that I resorted to looking up their menu online. Then the limited menu items left little to be desired. Their "base" salad starts at $10.50 and that only includes 3 veggies, none of which were standard salad vegetables - peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cucumenbers. In fact, none of those vegetables were even offered on the menu. I'm all for experimenting with roasted broccoli and pickled beets on a salad, but I was surprised that these were the only options (among other odd "veggies") to put on a salad. Then they mark avocado as a protein and charge as much as the grilled chicken. Avocado is not a protein and their price gouging should be noted by any potential new customers. Their lackluster limited menu, non-existent customer service (wasn't even greeted or asked when I walked in if I could be helped), and overpriced items leave little left to be desired. I was really excited to try this place, but there was nothing appealing to order. Except for maybe the Pesto Chicken Melt on ciabatta bread. I was ready to order that and then heard the lady tell someone over the phone that they were out of ciabatta bread. You literally only have 3 sandwiches on your menu - how can you be out of bread? After that, I just decided that they weren't worth the hassle of settling for something that I really didn't want and paying a ridiculous amount for it. I ended up leaving. Finally, being closed on the weekends is super inconvenient. Healthy salads and sandwiches sound great, but this place missed the mark entirely.
