Sentry Tactical was one of the companies listed, and their price seemed in line with most others. I clicked through to their site, because the listing said "Free Shipping". I found the product I wanted and during checkout, I saw that I was going to be charged $7-8 for shipping. I said the heck with it, but entered a note about the "free shipping" while checking out. Then place the order. A few days later, someone got back to me as said "per our website, there is only free shipping on orders over $50". True, the website says that, but the Google shopping feed says Free Shipping... a little misleading and bait and switch if you ask me. I know for a fact that the site owner can edit what that shopping feed says. Anyway, I told the guy to proceed with the order. 3 days later he gets back to me and says it will shipping after the 4th of July weekend. I finally receive the product. In total, it was about 12 days from when I ordered, to when I received. However, their site says "orders ship with in 2-3 days, and take 3 days to arrive". Mine took 10 days longer than expected. Had I known that, I would have bought somewhere else. Very slow response time from these guys. But, when I received the product, it was what I expected and wanted.

The line was disgustingly long with at least 26 customers on it and the four people working the register could barely be bothered. If not for the one gentleman on register, seven the line would not have ever moved at all. The manager saw the length of the line and walked away from her register leaving fewer opportunities for people to leave the store. When I got to the register, she said welcome to Burlington. I said I was not pleased at all. The lines were too long and more people should have been there to help. She had no response. Standing on this line took a half hour off of my life. Multiple people actually left their items and left the store. I had not been here in about two years. I remembered why and I will never return. Save your time and aggravation.

He always fixed the suit without question. The last time it ripped he said there's obviously an issue with the material and proceeded to make sure I was happy with how he would correct the situation.
