We also assumed that our driver would be our driver and pick us up at the time of are finished event. Or wait while the event went one. This costed us 350, (with 100 deducted), for a basically an uber or taxi driver. There was nothing complimentary or feeling like we got are moneys worth. I got this concierge service with the intent to not have to worry about being picked up or dropped off. Our driver didn't even know what green tripz was. We had no water, nothing given to us. Just a ride and no pick up. I only regret not asking for all are money back. Really unfortunate to waste that kind of money on an already expense 420 weekend. Maybe there services are better not a on a busy weekend but this company promotes a Cannabis transportation service. So I don't see why the biggest holiday wasn't given the right preparation and attention.

Kaila was our group leader and guide for 5 of my family members, all who raved about her! Isa was our guide and made sure our group of six had a blast, especially the kids- age 10 and 12! We all did beginner level and it was perfect for them, as well as a few adults. I also reached out with some questions prior to booking and they were very quick to respond, which was super helpful. We'll definitely be back for sure, thanks very much to liquid descent for treating us to such a fun family adventure. And special thanks to our guides- you gals absolutely rock!

I was so nervous walking in, but from the moment we arrived, every single staff member made us feel welcomed, safe, and supported. Our guide, Koa, was the perfect balance of fun, kind, and incredibly skilled. He guided us through the rapids with such confidence and ease while also making sure everyone felt safe and included. He checked in on us several times throughout and made sure we were having fun, asked us if we wanted to "spice it up" a bit or keep it mellow and just really let us know this was "our" trip and he's cater to what we wanted. I quickly found myself letting go of fear and enjoying the moment... something I didn't expect would happen. Koa's energy was contagious, and his calm, respectful nature made us feel like we were in the best hands possible. At one point on the river, another rafting company had a mishap and we had to pull over and wait for them to recover and get their riders back into the raft safely. Koa explained what had happened with total grace - no judgment, no gossip - just a calm and respectful explanation. He also spoke so kindly of his own coworkers and even the owner of Liquid Descent. You could tell he genuinely cares about the rafting community and takes pride in his work and LOVES his Liquid Descent family! Every employee we encountered was friendly, encouraging, and helpful - from getting us fitted with helmets and life jackets to cheering us on as we headed out. As someone who started out nervous, that kind of supportive vibe made a huge difference. They encouraged me, and they helped me push past my comfort zone in the best way possible. What a GREAT memory! We will remember this day not only for the thrill of the rapids, but for the kindness and heart of the people who guided us through it! If you are considering rafting in Colorado, go with Liquid Descent. I'm so glad we did!

They greeted us immediately and gave us a map of the property. We had fun walking around and checking out the animals and historic buildings on site. It is said that they unveil a brand new theme each year and this year's theme appears to be focused on some Eastern cultures such as cherry blossom and bamboo forest with pandas. Not that I have been to many lights shows and yet I must say that I have never seen anything quite like this as far as my recollection is accurate. In its 12-acre land, the installations of lantern lights are everywhere. After 8:30pm or so when it's dark, the illuminations from the lanterns are glowing brighter than Las Vegas' illuminations (LOL - why am I comparing this to Las Vegas!!) According to the park's website, some of the sculptures are 23-foot tall (such as the cherry blossom gate.) It's currently open from Wednesday through Sunday until October 5th. And last night's was one of the adult-only nights where you must be 21+ to enter (I believe the next and last such night is Sept 17th. And this writing is as of late August of 2025.) I am already curious as to what the next year's theme is going to be. There is a centralized bar, some food vendors, a stage where a performer performs, and a DJ booth. Great for family time, girls' night or date night. Helpful staff were working tirelessly to assist all visitors. Although about 1,300 tickets were sold last night, it was never super jammed packed. There is still time to visit this enchanting light show. Not only for the locals but definitely one of the must-visit attractions for out-of-staters as well.

Driver told us exactly where pick up was in front of the Isle hotel lobby (we even saw another bus picking up there as we were getting dropped off). Fast forward to 11:10pm, we head back to the pick up location for the 11:25 bus...no show... the valet guy said it was probably canceled, but shouldn't we have received some sort of communication about that?! So we decide to not make a big deal of it, grab some food and wait for the 12:25am bus...we show up at 12:15, and wait and wait as we watch 2 ramblin buses stop, one of the Ramblin drivers even said that the Ace bus was coming right behind. Well we FINALLY see the Ace bus at 12:40am, and instead of heading right at the light towards the Isle, they take a quick left and disappear. We head in to the lobby where the staff tells us that if they turned left that means they were full and won't pick up anymore. WOW okay cool so instead of having the curtesy of letting your customers know that it's full, you just drive the other way to avoid us and keep us waiting in freezing cold temperatures. NOT TO MENTION MY HUSBAND AND I HAD A BABYSITTER WAITING FOR US AS HOME. We ended up getting lucky with a lyft, paid a fortune, and got home at 2am, almost 2 hours later than we told our sitter. We're just fortunate we didn't get stranded in Black Hawk before the winter storm. You bet I will 100% continue to try to get a hold of this company (oh yeah I tried calling at least 50 times, no answer obviously) and get every single penny of my money back. AVOID THIS BUS AT ALL COSTS AND GO TO RAMBLIN.
