The gift was going to Colorado. Since it was a "Christmas gift" I assumed that it would arrive timely or within a day or two. I emailed the company since I had no tracking number on the 23rd of December. Their response was they were preparing the order that day. Note: 5 days after placing the order, And I would receive a tracking number. Furthermore, they said there was a disclaimer regarding a delay in shipping. Well...I never heard a word back, so I went back to the website. I checked the pages that I visited and there was no indication that the "Christmas Gift" would not be shipped timely. I then went to the order tracking page, where I found the tracking number and at this point I learned the "Christmas Gift" would not be delivered until JANUARY 2, 2025! -That is 16 days from ordering date. Apparently customer service is not a priority. I am now extremely concerned about my order and if it is going to be what I ordered. If not I will immediately initiate a charge back through my credit card company!! Extremely disappointed!!!!!! Merry Christmas, Karen I hope you get everything you wished for on Christmas.

The boxes were clearly visible, half sticking out of my pockets, and were branded from a different retailer. Instead of politely asking about them, the employee confronted me in a very unprofessional and uncomfortable manner. Once it became clear that I wasn't stealing anything, there was no apology. The employee simply blamed the misunderstanding on me and walked away. I understand that stores need to prevent theft, but customers should be treated with respect. Being falsely accused and then receiving no apology left a very negative impression.
