The gift was going to Colorado. Since it was a "Christmas gift" I assumed that it would arrive timely or within a day or two. I emailed the company since I had no tracking number on the 23rd of December. Their response was they were preparing the order that day. Note: 5 days after placing the order, And I would receive a tracking number. Furthermore, they said there was a disclaimer regarding a delay in shipping. Well...I never heard a word back, so I went back to the website. I checked the pages that I visited and there was no indication that the "Christmas Gift" would not be shipped timely. I then went to the order tracking page, where I found the tracking number and at this point I learned the "Christmas Gift" would not be delivered until JANUARY 2, 2025! -That is 16 days from ordering date. Apparently customer service is not a priority. I am now extremely concerned about my order and if it is going to be what I ordered. Decorative pillows and countless tea towels. Coffee cups glass ware, dish ware, nic naks and assorted dodads (lol). And the best part... everything is about 60 percent off. But be careful. For example, a nine west ladies wedge sandal in black great condition was price around $8.99, then I see another nine-west wedge sandal in black poor condition almost identical but was priced at $17.99. the same as the handbags and accessories. it appears that they are maliciously pricing certain items higher or lower for certain consignors. Seems a bit shady to me. Staff is unfriendly, rude and stand offish towards certain customers and visitors. They are better thrift stores in the area.
