I have no doubt these bros know their stuff, but they definitely don't want to talk to you using breath and vocal cords. That's what AI is for-- and they employ it liberally. I made the mistake of requesting an appointment. Here's what happens next: Lots of robo-texts and emails. I responded to one and booked an appointment 2 weeks out. I prepped for it. I told my students that I couldn't stick around after class to help them because I had an important call scheduled. I confirmed (by auto text) the appt. again yesterday (it was scheduled for today). But... They flaked about 15 minutes before the scheduled time, then 5 min later I got a friendly text reminder not to miss the appointment, which was a nice touch. I had to laugh at that, at least. The Dude's time is far more valuable than yours. You will find out minutes before your "scheduled" appt when Siri drops you a line. read more

Having recently received equity from a company that went public this year, there seemed to be an overwhelming amount of complexity that warranted a professional (goodbye TurboTax) and my experience working with Tony was nothing short of fantastic. After a friendly, 30 minute intro meeting with Tony, he discussed my wife's and my situation and sent us a questionnaire to fill out. My wife and I were filing jointly for the first time, she had an investment account, I had recently vested equity, other previous investments, and a few other factors to discuss. I realized that our financial info should be kept private and that's when I sought out someone to help with our upcoming filing. Tony was great and super responsive!
