This clinic is clearly aimed and concentrates on cosmetic services. While I have not used those services and cannot speak to the quality of those services, I can strongly and fairly state that all medical related services should be directed to a reputable medical facility, not one that primarily provides cosmetic fillers and other related treatments.

The staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there. There treatments are fine for the area, but I felt shorted on time for what I paid, for example a 60 minute scheduled service ended in 40 minutes. They also don't do firm massages, I asked for more pressure and it continued to feel like nothing. It was an experience, but I'd try other spots before heading back here.

I was told it would be posted "soon." It's now May 31st 2025, and still--no August schedule. When I followed up, I was told they're waiting on one girl who does the services, and she hasn't finalized her availability... because she has another job. Let that sink in: they're delaying bookings because they rely on a single part-time provider. And when I expressed concern? I was told, "You're welcome to go elsewhere." I've never heard of a business encouraging potential clients to go elsewhere--especially because their only provider hasn't committed to a schedule. This is a med spa, not a high school part-time gig. Their glossy website suggests professionalism, but the reality behind the scenes is anything but. If this is how they treat new clients, I can only imagine how they handle reschedules, cancellations, or post-treatment issues. Thankfully, I found a far more competent and reliable provider in Twin Ports after relocating. This place is a major red flag.

The stylist apparently had 20 years of experience, so my daughter went ahead and booked an appointment. At the start of her appointment she discussed with the stylist want she wanted and even showed her a photo of how she wanted it cut, (the photo was her hair from a previous haircut at a different salon). The stylist BUTCHERED her hair. I know some hair stylist will cut curly hair dry, but this stylist didn't even look at her curl pattern she just cut inches off her hair. It looks nothing like the photo she shared when she arrived. She is in tears over this horrendous haircut. All of her beautiful curls are GONE. Definitely will not return and do not recommend this salon.

The stylists are patient and will provide you with a great consultation. The prices are reasonable, service is friendly, and they do a great job at a fast pace. I gave Mirror Images four stars because I have only had my hair done there. I know they do manicures and pedicures as well. People seem to always leave happy with those!

I've never encountered a business where making an appointment for services (offered on their website) is such a circular process. The response below is the only one I've received to date, after emailing twice within the last two weeks. I even asked to change the originally requested date to ensure they had staff availability, but still no response. Valentine's Day weekend would seem to be a busy weekend for spas, and I am shocked this establishment doesn't have their ducks in a row to take advantage of the special weekend.
